Hello ... I bought 4 cards yesterday with the cashback in effect and got 10th card by my 4th purchase and neither the bonus credit or the cashback was registered is there a fix for this?

@DuziKolo - the only cards that I had available for purchase were the last eight to be released. I had no problem buying them and received the cashback for two without any problems or delays. I was slightly surprised as most weekend specials exclude the most recent cards, but this week's does not.

Pour ma part je prenais mon temps, entre chaque cycle d'achat, puisque j'ai l'habitude de recopier mon historique d'achat, pour être certain que toutes mes cartes sont bien incluses dans l'historique officiel.

C'est ainsi que j'ai découvert qu'il manquait 2 cartes, comparativement à celles que je possédait.

Il y a même eu un bogue, en ce sens que la quatrième carte ne s'était pas ajouté immédiatement dans ma collection. J'ai dû faire une synchronisation pour qu'elle apparaîsse, mais sans le rabais.

If you close the '..adding card to your collection' ..box early before
it disappeares by itself..then
the system does not have time to sequence the announcements
in Accounts History properly, and it can get very ***** to follow.

EverthangForever, dans mon cas je n'avais pas fermé immédiatement la fenêtre d'ajout de la carte.

J'ai attendu qu'elle se ferme par elle même environ une trentaine de secondes. Comme rien ne se passait, je l'ai fermé, en espérant que le crédit apparaîsse par la suite, mais la fenetre de crédit n'est pas apparut.

@ComteDracula le système est souvent lent à cause de la congestion.
Plus tôt aujourd'hui J'ai dû attendre plus d'une minute pour la boîte de dialogue
.. 'Ajouter une carte ..' a disparu.
Je viens d'acheter encore 4 cartes maintenant (il y a 5 minutes)
Ajout de la boîte de dialogue de la carte a pris moins de 30 secondes pour disparaître
pour chaque carte.
L'historique des comptes montre «Earned» et «Information» à la fois
les annoncement sont séquence correctes

En effet, mon problème vient probablement de la congestion, et du fait que j'aurais dû attendre plus longtemps que la fenêtre d'ajout de la carte se ferme toute seule.

J'ai ouvert un ticket au service client, pour obtenir mon crédit.

Il est toujours préférable de comprendre comment les achats sont regroupés en quatre transactions
en se référant initialement à la colonne Date / Heure
Chaque annonce «Information» signale le début d'une nouvelle séquence d'achat de 4 cartes.

I noticed quite a few that got the most value for their credits by
Buy 3 of the least costing cards, then Buy the MOST expensive card as the 4th.
Rinse and repeat Often...

So it wasn't just a 25% savings when done in that way.

Not sure if that is how it was planned.. But I think this was a great TGIF !

Well, the 'Adding card to your Collection' dialogue box finally froze on me...
Waited 3 minutes ..then F5 to refresh...had a look in Accounts..no change..hum.
Re-sync'ed and all were added including the Earned and Cashback info, A tad congested atm.

Would have been nice if EVERY refund worked (resync didnt do it for me, nope) but hey, even if NO refunds worked we are at least getting cards we want, so yeah, technically the best event ever - would like to see more like this, hopefully - less buggy.

If the re-sync in Settings doesn't work..try logging out and back in.
The congestion is happening in pulses. Did another 4 cards and it is
clearing the 'Adding card' dialogue box again now as we speak.

Oh well I didn't realize that you could do that or I would of... well that's what I get for being one of the first to test out the TGIF lol next time! 😒 But on a side note I did manage to get over 653 credits I would say I didn't do to bad and was able to complete all of my 3K cards and get a good start on the 1080p cards as well.

It might not have been intended this way, but they did know about it last time this offer was around. I think they even suggested that this was the economical way to do it.

@larryvghd - Totem may well repeat the 20% reload bonus offer, but it would be rather silly of them to announce it in advance or for it to be predictable as to when it will be offered because that would have the effect of causing many customers to delay any reload that they were considering - it would certainly have that effect on me.

For those of you for which the cashback has not worked properly it might be worthwhile to stop and restart the program. But, note that just closing the iStripper GUI window does not exit the program and you need to use the Quit menu item offered by the iStripper taskbar icon. I can't promise that this will work any better than using "synchronise with servers" but it is just possible that it does and I think it is worth trying.

Dang it ! I spent almost 500 credits and became a bankrupt this weekend.
