I have tried to cancel my subscription, but when I click on cancel my subscription in the iStripper app nothing happens. Its about to renew soon and I would like to cancel before then. Not sure what to do.

Hi. Same issue. I have tried multiple times to cancel (just so I can possibly select a different level). However, I never get any response from "rocket gate" when I attempt to cancel through my profile page. Nor, do I get any response from support when I email directly. I hope I can resolve it without just having to stop payment through my bank!

click you Icon top right
in the Profile Menu
click on Help Center
the Click on Customer Service
Create a New Ticket.

I just looked, there is No Email from your Linked iStripper Email.
Did you Use your iStripper email to send it?

Ahh, I found One in the Spam / Junk folder from Today....
I'll set it as Not Junk so the Billing will see it Tomorrow..
