Well i dont even know if that really is her real name and if that page is official but who knows :/

Would be awesome if i knew what page is the official one tho so that i can support the "real" Melisa and not some nolife faker...

I wonder if the reason some girls choose stage names is because they are trying to keep their true identity secret and protect their privacy. If yes, I can certainly understand that and respect their wishes. Now suppose some hacker or exuberant self-appointed private detective nevertheless found out who she really is and wants to expose her. Unless I knew for sure what she wants, I would rather play it safe and not encourage anyone who may not have her best interests at heart.

Whoever she wants me to think she is, that's fine with me.

Ya Melisa Mendiny is her most used name and thats the issue, people follow that one just because she is known as Melisa Mendiny almost everywere.

The 73k followers doesnt really prove that it is the official one and she have an issue with alot of fake twitter pages :S

And if someone for some reason wants to fake a twitter page of her im pretty sure they will use Melisa Mendiny in the name somehow thats why the Kristina Uhrinová seems like the correct one as it is her real name.

And if @KristinaUhrinov is the correct one she have said in there more then once that she is angry about the fake pages and so on which i doubt a faker would tweet.

and for me it seems like its to much spam in the @MelisaMendiny one and some of the posts from "her" makes me feel like its not her actually typing it.

Well i guess i just have to follow the one that feels correct for me :)

Yes, lasers can be used to stimulate the sense of touch. As can electricity. And you are absolutely right about the *****. Electricity being the safer of the two.

If you didn't want *****, you could try electro-magnetism or sonic wall technology. Both are still in their early development stages, though working models do exist. But both are expensive to operate. Sonic wall tech. would be the cheaper of the two.

The easiest way to create the illusion of touch would simply be to put someone in a suit, and have the suit create the illusion.

My post said nothing of the sort... what the mind can conceive the body will achieve. It's just that there's a better way of getting there without third degree *****.;)

Its been a long day, but I will try to be patient.

Breakdown:

1. Chiefton52 creates this really neat little splat. I was a ***** the last time I really paid any attention to holograms, but they are interesting none the less.

2. This is followed by two posts suggesting that touchable holograms are an April fools joke.

3. There is a difference between having the ability, and having a working model. While I haven't paid much attention to holograms recently. I started hearing about the idea of solid holograms towards the late 90's. Along with those ideas where the proposals for how one might go about doing it. Most, if not all, of which are still plausible ideas.

4. So I said that while I am not familiar with modern technology relating to holograms. The idea is plausible, and given fifteen years, the idea is even likely. Suggesting that there was some merit to the original post.
