I'm having the same issue. I bought six out of the seven cards this past week, before the promo was announced, but yet its registered as costing me credits, rather than being free.

There was no "buy five of the cards between Friday and Sunday" condition to it. It just said before Sunday. Mine were bought before Sunday.

If I missed something, if someone could tell me what it is, that'd be great. I'm a bit ***** as well

I have just credit-bought Marilyn's new - and the Showroom suggests last - show. Downloaded and, on seeing it, I love/adore/worship it! Really `shooting fish in a barrel' in my case. Marilyn is my favourite and free or not - I was getting this card. And as soon as possible!

Now to supply some context for the TGIF thread - I bought all cards from last week AS THEY WERE RELEASED. So - in fairness - long before the TGIF offer had even been made!

As much as I appreciated those assurances that I received from my very-well-meaning fellow-members, I have no gripe at all about having to `buy' the card. Technically there was no `start' requirement announced for qualifying for the free Marilyn card - again, apparently the last 😭 - but a deal is rarely retrospective! It cannot be claimed, I believe, before qualification is even announced! The offer is Thank God it's FRIDAY!

And I would be a blatant liar, if I was to claim that had I known ... I would not have gotten it or the other shows!

I would acquire last week's cards, on release, all over again. I most certainly would snap up a Marilyn card anytime! Even if a tall baseketballer held it well out of my reach, I would keep trying to jump up and grab it, until I had a heart attack! A passion to die for - and a beauty like Marilyn has been out of my reach all of my life - and that makes me appreciate her more!

i dont want to bellieve theres no thankyou too people who supported Totem every single day, and this TGIF offer was some lame bribe. If thats whpo it was you have to buy cards only on the friday it should have been stated so.

Nevertheless, if I offer something to someone and this someone fulfills the criteria then I have to deliver.
And Totem did not by now.

PST is paris standard time, all times through totem are paris time! Which is 6-9 hours ahead of EDT-PDT in U.S.
It likely isn't automatic until staff gets into office, wait 2-3 hours.

OK, so I'm not the only one with this issue. This TGIF approach was fun, and cards released during the week are pretty nice as well (boutgh 4 anyway) add one more is np. Hope they'll fix the bonus card problem.

I bought all of last week's cards and I won't take this one until I'm certain that it's free. I really don't like the outfit (I'll never understand the appeal of shorts, especially when they make women look that silly) and I normally wouldn't buy it. But I know Totem will make good on the promise, it's just a temporary setback.

True enough, but the offer - made ON Friday - was inclusive of Saturday and Sunday. Any other interpretation is kind of quibbling, don't you think?

Of course, those who clearly met - within the unambiguous timeframe of the offer - not receiving the card AS YET may simply be a matter of: all those complying with the offer being identified and then a program enacted to deliver. As I write this, the `world clock' that I have called up in Google, advises that it is almost 9:30AM in Paris.

The card reception time was not spelt out, that I could see.

The "Thank God it's Friday" slogan is just that: a slogan that has been used for quite a long time now every weekend. It doesn't mean that the offers are only valid on Friday, there's no connection there. It's just a catch phrase. I'm sure this misunderstanding will soon be cleared.

Pretty sure I have never been ripped off by a promo in 7 or so years, the card will be free to all that made the purchases, they always get it done, no need to fret about it
