What do i do in order to get a credit as i had to pay for the card that was meant to be added for free when it appeared on the carousel?

j'ai exatement le meme probléme j'ai acheter 5 cartes la semaine derniere et je n'ai pas eu la carte de marylin gratuitement je l'ai acheter en pensant que mes credits ne serais pas débiter,mais mes credit ont été débiter quand meme.😒
j'aimerais bien que la team nous explique pourquoi 😒
La carte va être ajoutée dans la matinée.
Dans votre cas, on vous remboursera les crédits.

Sorry, aber dieses "Angebot" ist einfach nicht akzeptabel...Buy 5 and get one free...
Ich kann mich an früher erinnern, da bekam ich für 50 Euro 50 Mädchen. Heute ist das deutlich teurer geworden.
Die Angebote sind leider überhaupt nicht großzügig, sondern eher geiziger geworden. Verstehe ich nicht. Verkauft doch eure Karten zum Teil billiger, dann kaufe ich auch Karten, die mir nicht zu hundert Prozent gefallen und ihr macht trotzdem mehr Geld...
