@UllubuFirstly I was speaking of how a particular set of Gemans refer to their city - namely those that actually live there.
Secondly, I am not a German and I have no idea why you thought I was, However, I did live there for more than half of my life.
Thirdly, I am in favour of the usage being consistant. But in many cases there is no single "correct" name. Some, like Cologne/Köln, London/Londres have at least two depending on the language being used (Munich has at least three).
Totem seem to tend use the "English" name for cities. e.g. Prague and Rome, I don't know if the same is true for the names used for the models's country, but I think it is.
My point was, and still is, that the choice of name is not as simple a matter as may first be thought.
