I was actually thinking that when I have some cash to spent, I'd love to be able to say: push often, push hard, push when I remove or when I buy...

Read: when I enable this mode you just push no matter what (even if activity is zero) and don't wait ten minutes after purchase (these 6 or less girls look very lonely...).

I'm looking forward to April update with improved wishlist - pushed previews with discount at random card is brilliant idea and huge temptation to buy cards I didn't even consider before... ;) And very important element for me: finally I can buy older cards at lower price. Most of the Friday's sales were selling 3K cards first, so it was really hard to get anything older (and boy - I miss a lot of nice cards there) discounted... :(

Mmmm, the trick is we're only pushing free previews if the users is using his computer.
Otherwise we would be wasting tons of bandwidth pushing free previews that would vanish before the users comes back to his computer (let's say you let iStripper run all night).
I admit this is making a bit difficult to see the discounts, plus since you can't delete previews yet, you might sit in front of previews of girls you don't like.
We'll add delete preview in the next update and maybe rethink how free previews are pushed (maybe free users have to use their computer and paying customers get free previews pushed even if they're not there?)

1) Personal preview markers like.. unseen, I don't like it, maybe later, I like it, wishlist..

2) If you select a girl & card and go to her list of cards.. is the actually selected card hidden in the list or visible ( and grayed out ).. as in version 138 or earlier?

I have to wait for purchases until that. ;(

I'm sorry but the functionality of previews doesn't work at all on my pc. Last preview was downloaded yesterday evening and with the discount of 12%. The settings is the default one, i.e. download previews each 10 minutes, however, no new previews even after one hour of running today... :-(

a safer way for you to get rid of unwanted Trailers is this..
On your My Collection View.
Select a card or Multiple Card(s)

Then Right Click on the Trash Can Icon.
Select Delete Previews Only.

That will remove the Trailers, while Leaving all the Needed files alone.

I'm finding, that in the models folder, are between 2 and 5 clips, with extension .demo, i all folders - also for cards I have bougt. Each taking up 3-5 Mb.
And this dispite the setting, to not play previews of cards that are bought.
(1) Is it safe to delete these files?
1700*3.5*4Mb gives an esstimated 23.8 Gb data, that are never to be used...
(2) Each folder also has a .vhdtrailers, that apparently gvies the resolution of democlips - this is not really needed, if demo's are not to be played?
(trailer, demo and preview are all different words for the same thing?)

(3)Will removing the .demo or other files affect the p2p sharing?
(4)Also - I have a web-server on the same IP that I am using. Does this interfere with P2P? Pretty sure alle other ports than what is nedded for regular web and email use, is blocked...

Don't Do It!, stop deleting things you don't fully understand

(1)Do Not Delete the .Demo clips that have _itnn_ as part of their name.
They are needed by the GUI to function correctly.

(2)Yes, The .vhdtrailers file is Needed, Do Not delete it.

(3)If you Delete the other 2 or 3 remaining .demo clips ( the Actual Trailers )
Then you NO LONGER have any files that can be used for P2P sharing.

(4)Nope, P2P uses very different ports than ports for web / e-mail services.

Why do Members always want to Muck around with the Files of your Collection?
I never understand members who want to go in and willy nilly delete stuff.
then they come here and say, my collection isn't working...

You subscribe to iStripper.. you accepted an Agreement for Use of the Product, you Purchase cards.
the Files Take up Space. All the files are needed. Leave them alone.
2TB External HD are CHEAP!
23Gb - 50Gb is like spitting in the Ocean for Crikes sake!

The Cards you Purchase take up Space. Please just leave the files alone.

PS. If you Purchase a Card or Cards, then you can uncheck P2P if you Don't want to be part of the File Sharing.
But Please don't muck about with your Files.

iStripper will release a Software Version that provide the tools to get rid of unwanted trailers.
If you Don't understand the Files, Don't go in and delete them.
Wait for the Tool provided by iStripper.

There is a serious bug. I didn't allowed the one click purchase and the red button doesn't say "one click". But I clicked on onde card and I was charged without confirmation.
It's a problem which I want fixed. The two-steps purchase is not a problem and prevent involuntary clicks.

@kutta you need the software to be ON and the computer to be used (mouse moving etc) for demos to be pushed.

I really need a way to remove preview cards from Previews area, those I added manually. One by one, or at least to remove all together, something like Empty all preview cards.
I not told about the option to remove preview clips from bought cards, but to remove all preview card, that was not already bought. I don't want previews of cards that I don't want them. I buy all the cards that I like, after I see them in the preview, so cards that I have not bought are just cards about I'm not interested.
And if these cards remain active, some of them will run sometimes on the screen from time to time, and I do not want to see them.

I also should want to delete the uninteressing previews, even one by one, like 2 versions ago.

Preview push is not working for me. I set it to 10 mins and it's been a couple of hours now with the program running and not refreshing

Shame i find racing sims the most boring thing ever with flight sims coming a close second.

I agree with you about racing sims and, to a lesser extent, about flight sim games. However real flight sims, i.e. those used for pilot training, are something else entirely. I spent some time working on them a long time ago now, but even back in the late 1970's and early 1980's the immersive experience they provided was amazing. I never worked on a military sim but even a plain old Boeing 737 or Lockheed Tristar sim would often have an "acrobatic flight" mode that only the developers knew how to access, and I also fondly remember a bug that briefly gave us a four engined 737 that flew like a bat out of hell. However, to get back to "boring", one aspect of pilot training sims is that the training often is deliberately boring for long periods to replicate real flights, and only after the trainee is thoroughly bored is something exciting introduced - which might be anything from a simple indicator light failure up to multiple engine failures. Smoke pots (using hot oil) to simulate fires in electrical equipment were quite common and I remember being told of a sim that had the back of the cabin attached to a pneumatic ram so that it could induce ear popping to simulate an explosive decompression.

You can go to settings and down at "Clips" change the previews to "never" and they should stop.

I believe that you can still download your own previews as often as you like but will only be able to see/play 7 of them at any one time.

You should not need to downgrade for this to work.

I see it now .. It's playing a bunch of old demos that I have no interest in and honestly it's annoying me. I'll forgo the potential discount on cards I might be interested in .. is there a way to turn off the previews; I don't care if they are taking space on my drive I just don't want these cards I passed on long ago to play.

Assuming previews can be disabled, will I still be able to download the new demos? Is downgrading an option?

EDIT: Think I found it. I changed 10 min to NEVER. Will see if that does the trick.

It has worked like this for me since last Thursday when I updated to 1.2.1.66.

The only problem I am having is that my credits seem to keep disappearing which makes it difficult to continue taking advantage of the promotion.... 😉

It is only in "previews" at the top of the GUI.

Every third preview that is "pushed" to your system is discounted 12% off of whatever your price level already is.

To my knowledge It does NOT work for previews that you download yourself and those previews do not count towards the "every 3rd preview" either.

If you have your previews set to every 10 minutes then you should see something like the photo here if you have the GUI running with a girl dancing for about an hour or so.

I went ahead and upgraded to latest but have no discounted cards ... maybe tomorrow?

I've been doing the "pushed preview" 12% discount since last Thursday afternoon when I updated to 1.2.1.66 and noticed it.

I even mentioned it here in this section of the forum but no one (except Dorsai6) responded.

I've picked up probably 20 cards that way already.

Every third one.

Too bad it only works for the pushed previews and not the ones we download on our own... 😉 Oh well, can't have everything....

@Wyldanimal - It has been a long time since I tried any racing game, probably not since I had an Amiga, and I do not deny that for many people they are excellent games but I simply have no interest in the whole racing genre or, to a lesser extent, complex "video" games in general prefering instead much simpler games at the Patience and Minesweeper end of the spectrum. If I was 40 or 50 years younger things might be different, but even that is not certain because i was never that much interrested when the first arcade games came out (I remember when Pong was new).

I'm not so much for dirty talk, but I like to hear the models introduce themselves. It would be nice if that could be done with the non-XXX cards as well.

I say I like the new XXX format. There is the right mix of standing / pole and xxx clips. But, please, give us more sound: I love to be teased hearing the models talking dirty to me, so I would prefere if, as in Antonia Sainz "Delightful" card (0180), there would be sound in the standing clips too. Moreover, I would like you to keep in the new XXX cards the short first clip where the model introduces herself: I appreciated it a lot. Thanks!

• New releases is not supposed to show XXX cards if you don't check "Show XXX cards in Advanced Settings". If this is not working, let me know. Once you have at least one XXX card you can not uncheck this setting as we did not anticipate users buying some XXX cards and them choosing not to see any. Let me see, but this does not sound easy to fix, as it would mean to filter content everywhere rather than only in the store.
• Removing previews with a delete button is scheduled for the next update. We did not have time to include it in this one, but it'll be there soon and you'll be able to get rid of the girls you don't like.
