Lorena ... so Lorena 8 , Eufrat 5 ..... and ,.. am having a problem with my computer,.. after correcting it , have discovered I now have ' 0 ' cards in my collection.. - I have 127 - .. tried e-mailing to customer support both here, and in my e-mail,.. no go. Please assist, and correct! thanks !!

Customer service does not watch the forums.

More likely to find a way to get some help in the correct place instead of posting it in a random thread that has nothing to do with having problems. Bugs & Fixes perhaps ??? That IS the place to report bugs and find fixes.

Done a forum search for the word collection ?? This would have given you a bunch of threads. Including......

Have you tried the "Synchronize with Server" button in your Advanced settings ?? Logged out and then logged back in ?? Quit and restart VG with stopping the downloader in your Task Manager ??
