More likely to find a way to get some help in the correct place instead of posting it in a random thread that has nothing to do with having problems. Bugs & Fixes perhaps ??? That IS the place to report bugs and find fixes.

Done a forum search for the word collection ?? This would have given you a bunch of threads. Including......

Have you tried the "Synchronize with Server" button in your Advanced settings ?? Logged out and then logged back in ?? Quit and restart VG with stopping the downloader in your Task Manager ??
