Normally I would tell you to write to Customer service as ask.
I took a look, and it was 7 days ago that you reload credits.
so I don't think it's close enough to the TGIF announcement for consideration.

You can still write to customer service, but I think, considering the time frame, their answer is probably going to be sorry, too much time has passed.

Yes as of Today Friday, for the entire weekend, Every Re-Load will earn the Extra 20%
So if you Reload 500, and then Again reload 500, you will get a total of 1200

Yes, you get a 20% bonus on the credits you purchase.
So if you Buy 25, you will get 30
if you buy 100 you will get 120
if you buy 250 you will get 300
and if you buy 500 you will get 600

I looked, and Yes, you got your Free credits for your recent purchase.

We are allowed two installs

If you want to change PC's, follow the simple uninstall instructions using the softwares uninstall tool for the PC you're removing it from. It usually works fine. Then install on the new PC. If you get the "Too many installs" error at that time, then post in the Bugs & Fixes STICKY thread by the name of Too Many Installs. We tend to keep a pretty good eye on it so we can help.

You can have two machines running the software at one time.

If you wish to transfer one of those licenses to a different machine go to the Thread "Bugs & Fixes" - "Too many installs" and request one of the Moderators to cancel one of your existing installs in favor of the new one. They usually respond to that thread pretty fast so you shouldn't need to wait long to make it happen.

How many computers can I have my collection on, also if I change pcs am I able to transfer my collection?

The email I received mentioned a free show of Viola, where do I find that?

Thumbnail + click image to enlarge for sure and what if there was a button below that says "show full size images" and when you click it it will load full size images that a user can scroll through

You don't want previews sent to your system.
See screen shot above.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: find settings icon and left click once (the little gear in the top right corner) see purple arrow in screen shot.
Step 2: Make sure "advanced settings" is checked at upper left of settings window. (Not shown here).
Step 3: Scroll down to "Clips" (Red Arrow)
Step 4: Find "Free Preview Push" (Green Arrow)
Step 5: Click window just to right of "free preview push" to drop down choice window.
Step 6: Click "Never" (Blue arrow)
Your done. No more previews delivered to your GUI.
Follow @Manue 's steps to manually delete any previews you may have now that you do not want.
Go to 'My Collection' tab > ctrl + A > Right click on the bin > delete previews only

That worked. I don't remember seeing "never" before. :)
I do still get one Preview slip through every once in a while.

Yes, in "Fun on the farm" (0195) there are glass scenes in two clips; the second one, in my opinion, is VERY good!
