I wrote you a PM, along with my Posts..
in that PM I explain that I sent a note to CS to see if there is anything that can be done to restore your Rights to the cards.

I and Other MOD's don't have access to the CS system, so we have no Idea what information was Exchanged.

Totem , has Never automatically removed a members Rights to Cards.
As long as you have the files for the cards you purchased, you should be able to play them,
UNLESS that member contacted CS about issues with the cards.

You Might not have requested it, but the Only thing CS could do to Help you, is
1) refund you what you originally paid
2) remove the rights for the refunded cards.

You can't be refunded, plus then keep the rights..

So while you didn't ask for the refund, CS did the only thing they can do to help you.

This is not a recent Issue, the Alizee's cards were removed from the store some time ago.

But I think because you wrote to CS, CS refunded you, and that also means CS removed the rights.


If you write to CS about lost or missing cards, then CS will do the Only thing they can do..
1) refund you,
2) remove the rights to the cards refunded.

let's wait and see if CS can do anything to restore your rights.

I think you have a genuine cause to ***** here. I'm not sure that anything can be done and I guess it was in part due to a misunderstand by Totem CS. If I were Totem I would try very hard to undo this mistake.

Emphasizing it was not annoying at all and just for their information.
(You can note there that already if these cards were about to be removed with an impact to users, it would have been nice to send a word on this in the 'News' feature, but never mind.)

I can somewhat agree with what @followar is saying here. I can understand the right of the model to request that they want there files removed but since you promise when we sign up and also buy cards that we will have them "forever" in our collection available for download. If yuu give us the option to refund removed cards you should atleast refund us with the same amount of cards whatever the price (credits) or quality was of the old cards.

I have missed this about Alizee so i have now requested a refund of the cards and i would expect to get the amount of credits of 6 new cards or is that wrong of me? Like @follower says, the 50 credits that was refunded is today half the amount of cards that was deleted from the collection that we were supposed to have "forever"

I don't undertsand the refund either. Impossible to check the history of my credits but... they have removed 6 cards from me and I think the (unwanted) refund of this morning is of 50 credits (5 old credits). What is 8.33 credits ? the price of a 720p card ? I don't think so..
And anyway the refund must correspond to what ? In the case of an abruptly removed card in your collection ??

Second, if what 91hebasu wrote is right it's understandable that these cards can't be BOUGHT anymore. Not that these be removed from (what were the terms of use of virtugirl again when I became a customer ? it's not something like the cards you bought you keep without limitation of time nor - with limitation - machines ? Hence I supposed models whom chose to shoot for Totem have had according contracts coherent with these TOU) your collection when you already had them in it.

One thing that keeps upsetting me for sure is that Totem should REALLY think about the necessity to differentiate what is downloadable from the software and the rights given to customers to locally use their collection !

Seems like everybody did it on the last days, that wasn't the best thing to do to win the contest !

It gave me a city location, and I live in that city.

I have quickly gone through my collection and cannot find any other non-shaved model other than Maya Mai. There may be others, but she is the only one I can see so far. Hi, I'm trying to set port forwarding rules for the vghd client to make sure P2P is actually functioning properly. I know it works inbound but can't say for sure about outbound. Which ports are actually needed? Are they always the same or dynamically assigned every program start like some bit torrents programs do?

According to my Traffic Monitoring utility the following are in use:

80, 443, 6881

The program is listening for connections on 6881 so that's probably the one. I don't intend to enable port forwarding for 80 and 443 as they are far to commonly used and therefore potentially more vulnerable.

port 80 is connecting to 216.58.198.14
port 443 to 74.125.26.156
