Refunds are Not Automatically given to members, UNLESS you write to CS to ***** about removed cards.
If you write to CS and Say, these cards are missing from my collection..
No card is ever removed automatically, Unless you Write to CS and Ask about it.

What do you expect CS to DO? They Can't provide something that no longer exists..
Well then CS will remove your Rights and Refund what you Paid for them....

That's how it works...

You Wrote, you *****, you got Excellent response from CS, and now you want to bitch and moan...
You got what you asked for...

For the record, as a MOD, I / We do not have access to the Dialog ( e-mails, PM's )
Between you the Member and CS..

So I do not know what you had asked, are said in the E-mail...
All I see is the Bit of a response you posted..

From that, I take it.. you ***** about the cards Not showing up in your collection.
CS can't do anything about that...
so the Only thing CS can do is Refund your Purchase, and remove the rights to the cards.

You wrote to CS, CS responded in the only way they can.
Even 100 days ago! is Posted...

I precise that like you I have the full show(s) on my local directy... but can't play them anymore !!!!
No additional explanation than : "Oh, we removed 6 of your cards and that's it. Not happy ?"

I don't undertsand the refund either. Impossible to check the history of my credits but... they have removed 6 cards from me and I think the (unwanted) refund of this morning is of 50 credits (5 old credits). What is 8.33 credits ? the price of a 720p card ? I don't think so..
And anyway the refund must correspond to what ? In the case of an abruptly removed card in your collection ??

Second, if what 91hebasu wrote is right it's understandable that these cards can't be BOUGHT anymore. Not that these be removed from (what were the terms of use of virtugirl again when I became a customer ? it's not something like the cards you bought you keep without limitation of time nor - with limitation - machines ? Hence I supposed models whom chose to shoot for Totem have had according contracts coherent with these TOU) your collection when you already had them in it.

One thing that keeps upsetting me for sure is that Totem should REALLY think about the necessity to differentiate what is downloadable from the software and the rights given to customers to locally use their collection !
