credit values have been multiplied by 10 compared to the old software but the card costs are similar. the best value option at the moment is of course the 500 credit topup but there are other smaller topups available as well. I tend to wait and buy 500 credits as and when I feel the urge and have the spends available after boring bills and beer money :D

Wow, this summed up my postion exactly and is the major decider on whether I buy a girl's series of cards or not.

I spoke too soon. It downloads the demos to the local folder. I'll have to keep an eye on this. I'd want all downloads to go do the network folder.

This time I tested it with a network shared folder instead of an external USB drive. Oddly, it seems to be working. Thank you!

I've noticed that a demo automatically downloaded into my local folder. It makes me wonder if future purchases will download there as well, or to the network.

I think I know the solution, though... in the regristy there are two entries for the model folder - the regular and the multi. I think the downloads go to the regular. I'll test that.

returning to vghd or istripper what ever you call it now. However is there like a monthly membership like there used to be or can you only add new content by adding credits or by buying each one seperately?

Go to settings (the cogwheel in the menu bar)
Ensure that "Advanced Settings" is checked
Scroll down the settings list until you come to the display section
Ensure that "Display Clips List" is checked.

Go back and select a card from your collection and you should be able to see the clips list that @goldiecharlston has shown in his post.

If you can't get the clips list to show then you may have a faulty installation and I suggest you contact customer services. The facility has not been removed as I (and many others) are able to access the clip list.

also look at Starryk's custom playlist manager if you want further control. it's a sticky topic in this section of the forum

Clip selection is still there, open a card from 'My Collection' you own and you will see a clapper board icon. click that for the list of clips and tick/remove the tick for clips as necessary.

Previous versions of iStripper piggybacked an add-on that allowed users to access a dancer's clips. Users could turn off clips they didn't like. and they could play clips they preferred over others. Without this add-on, I don't think iStripper is worth a nickel quite frankly. I know I won't purchase any more credits until Totem restores this valuable add-on.

Glad you liked it. Unfortunately it does have a few flaws some of which have shown up with todays mods to the foruns. Some of the "arrow" symbols are not showing correctly - ***** the hell out of me for a while.

By the way to elaborate further, there are 5 Collections in total (6 if you include VirtuaGuy):

iStripper - 3K content formerly called VirtuaGirl HD
iStripperXXX - 3K formerly called DeskBabes
iStripper Classic - rebranded 720p and 1080p VirtuaGirl HD content
iStripperXXX Classic - 720p and 1080p DeskBabes Content
VirtuaGirl Classic - 480p content re-mastered from VirtuaGirl 2 recordings

To access all the 720p cards you need to have bought 40 or more cards.

The 480p cards (available when you already own over 100 cards) are really for collectors who appreciate the photosets and videos as much as the desktop shows as the clip quality is obviously restricted by the nature of the recording equipment. In desktop mode they are watchable and enjoyable but in fullscreen they don't look great.

If in doubt as to what 'extras' and discounts you get for growing your collection, click on the Question Mark symbol to the right of the word 'Silver' under your profile info to the left of this forum frame in the client. Then click on any symbol from left to right for details.

Push 3 previews every day until 21s previews : please make this option removable in the interface of the software, the carrousel view is enough to see the previews and it's not necessary to see them in the My collection tab.

The problem is the time zone in which the users are located.

Paris (France): Monday at 05.00 PM CEST
Wellington (New Zealand): Tuesday 03:00 AM NZST

example 2
Paris (France): Monday, 05:00 AM CEST
Los Angeles (United states): Sunday, 08:00 PM PDT

When a user buys a card at this time in Los Angeles, the card could also be downloaded only after four hours and play.
But if the day is given as Sunday and saved, then the card can be immediately downloaded and played.

Have you encountered this situation before? Rebuilding the collection has no effect.

I have Moved my Collection around a few times and Have not experienced that.. ( I never saw every Card with the Update sticker applied )

It could be a result of something that didn't go right Previously.

What Happens when you Select ONE card and update it?
Does it redownload the entire Card, or is it Very Fast and the Sticker just goes away?

Good morning.

So, before I tested on a network folder, which is a *****, I tried using my regular external USB location in combination with the default local folder.

I'm trying to have the "data" folder in the default but the "models" folder on the external Z: drive (later to be on the network).

In the registry, I've set the following:

MainPath: C:UsersValdAppDataLocalvghdin
DataPath: C:UsersValdAppDataLocalvghddata
ModelsPath: Z:vghdmodels
ModelsMultiPath:
Z:vghdmodels
C:UsersValdAppDataLocalvghdmodels (this is an empty folder - I don't actually want any model files here)

Unlike my previous attempts when using only the iStripper program to set the paths, it's not trying to create model folders in the wrong spot (the iStripper folder location needed to be pointed at the MODEL folder, not the main folder)

However, the entire collection shows that every model needs to be updated.

Have you encountered this situation before? Rebuilding the collection has no effect.
