If I remember correctly the Advent Calendars (which are similar in some respects) were also TGIF events, but you could take advantage of those offers right up to their final day. I also note that the Slot Machine (last week's TGIF) is still active. At the moment I would not be surprised either way, however for the Advent Calendars the ability to "pre-buy" after the start of the 24 days covered by the offer was mentioned in the original announcements.

An excellent example is Anna Tatu who takes her time to strip and teases us all the way. I would even be happy with cards of hers in which she never got totally naked at all, or did so only for a few seconds at the end of each strip.

Just to add that Anna does not play with herself or is into anything resembling XXX but she is not afraid of displaying her obvious charms. Anna is a perfect example of what an iSrtipper goddess should be,

If you Pre-Buy, you get the SE card when you buy.

It is All the Cards Released in August.

The cards for August 1st and 2nd will be released on Friday the 31st of July.
( Saturday and Sunday release are done on the Friday prior )

So it Begins with the 1st Card Released IN August, on the 3rd, and Ends with the 29th card released IN August, on the 31st.

It includes 29 cards.

There are only TWO ways to get the SE card.
If you PreBuy you get the SE card when you Buy.

If you AutoBuy all 29 cards, then on the 31st you will get the SE card.

if you Manually buy the cards as they are Released, or you Play Catch up at a later day, you DO NOT get the SE card.

edit 2:
( you can Pre-Order up until the PreOrder offer is removed. any Cards you have manually Bought will reduce the cost of the PreOrder but once the offer is removed you can no longer qualify for the SE card )


Edit:
The Nici SE card e1416 is available today.
It can be had today by PreBuying all the cards in August, or by Using a Joker card.

The pre-order option is the Special Event for this one. Admittedly its not very special.

I find it to be a quite good way to have a clear path in order to get the SEC, instead... so, I would like to get such an offer more often.

Not quite, there is a month's difference in when you get the SEC. This was explained in the original announcement for the offer

What, as yet, is not clear is whether or not you can use the pre-buy offer after Aug 1st. This doesn't affect me as I have already pre-bought but others may want to know. I bring this up because this offer is similar in some respects to the original Advent Calendar in which you could delay participating until the final day of the period covered by the offer.

Agreed. And Anna Tatu is certainly one of my favourites - and I don't mind at all that she never made a c- or f-series cards with XXX content. For me, it is much sexier to see the girl performing "in her comfort zone" - not feeling pressured to include stuff in their shows that they are not comfortable with - than to see her reluctantly conforming to the (assumed) demands of "more is better".

Anna Tatu is great example of that. Same thing with newer performer Irina Gubeva. I absolutely love how gorgeous and beautiful she is. She seems to be very shy and frequently "covers her modesty" :) at some points in her first performance, but that doesn't have any negative effect on me. She is doing what she is comfortable with, and she is doing it gracefully and beautifully. That's perfectly fine.

Different outfits, different styles of disrobing, and other aspects certainly add a lot in the overall experience, but for me (call me shallow! :) ) that has never been a factor in the decision of whether to buy the show or not. It has always been the performer, no matter what her chosen outfit was.
