I suggested a while back that Totem offer the "special" cards at a higher price or promotion. One of the Mods thought that this would displease members that had jumped through hoops to obtain these "never to be offered " cards in the first place.

I'm curious. To those members that obtained the special event cards in the original promos....are you displeased? Or don't care?

@TallandSlimMan Because they are pobably not going to offer them separate and only through a promotion my only nag would be if other members got a better deal than i did.

Like this scratch game some people only bought a couple 10 credit scratch cards and won a special show. I paid 330c's on the advent didn't keep 5 cards so that's about 68c's lost all on the "hopes" of a certain card at the end. But now new members know what 3 cards are up for grabs no guess work needed.

And the Black Friday 10 star promotion is something else altogether so much money and credits lol

It's just plain wrong to offer the existing exclusive cards to the masses through any promotions of any kind. They were to be exclusive to and only for those members who bought the advent calendars or jumped through the hoops to get the Black Friday card. Period! No one else! Ever! Those cards were presented as such and need to remain as such. Too late now.

It's fine to offer future exclusive hoop cards through gambling promos, because at least now and in the future we know that there will not be any cards available only to participants in certain special events, and that is the world that we will have to live in.

Knowing that future exclusive to participant cards will also be obtainable by non-participants negates whatever desire I might have had to participate in future exclusive card events.

I have only one of the existing exclusive to participant only cards, and it will stay that way because I did not partake in the events that offered the other 2.

Totem has lost a lot of credibility by disregarding the promise made to event participants. I just wonder if other things said by company officials in these forums will turn out to be lies too.

Since I already had many cards, I knew that I can not win much anymore. But there should be three special cards on offer that you can not buy otherwise. That lured me. - The fact that the result has produced but not a single card at almost 240 scratch card, in my view, but not in order and should be described in more detail in the future perhaps.

Personally, I would be more reluctant to be given the chance to buy these special cards for an acceptable price of up to 50 credits each and the games will be better described in the future, as cards from last month or so can not be won.

With all respect, I really don't see how giving people a chance to win these Special Event Cards ***** other members in any way. You still have the card. It is quite rare, and assume that means more valuable to most people. The only way I see it ***** people is if the main enjoyment you get from the card is the act of denying it to others. Which is, to be honest, kinda dark. If it helps I envy every one of you that have the Niemira and Alyssia cards.
I only recently discovered this place, so I haven't the kind of experience you all may have, but I assume this is a place where we all collect strip shows of gorgeous ladies and share our love for them and their teasing ways. I sincerely hope everyone is having as much fun as I am here. I know these cards cost a fair amount of credits to aquire. And I am sorry if you feel cheated. My advice would be to let it go and no longer participate in those high priced exclusivity games. Hope everyon has an awesome week.

Nobody cares about a customer who only wants a card because somebody else doesn't have it. That is disgusting. Totem said the cards will never go on sale. ANd they won't. But people will be given ***** opportunities to get these not "special" cards. I give totem credit, they certainly understand the psychology of men...collectors, porn, and gambling *****. Instead of just offering a service for a fair price they are now offering exclusive portions of the service, exclusives that are in no way exceptional, and people for so reason are spending hundreds of credits for a card they would have spend 13 credits for last year. I do feel somewhat for people that have every card and have to jump through hoops to get the final 3 special cards, but everyone else can just pass on these "deals"...if people stop feeding totem for providing us with gambling instead of a good service, then maybe totem will return to providing a full service.

Lest I remind you:

1. Card quality is worse than 2016 with poor AA and color correction
2. Totem hasnt upgraded any 1080 cards to 3k in a very long time
3. Totem hasn't included any new props...couches, chairs in any scenes for a very long time
4. Totem hasn't shot a girl from western europe or america in quite some time...limited to ukraine , russia and a few southern european girls...to save money of course.

1-4 are about saving money...and then they spend their savings on a new VR game on steam and slot machine, black friday, and scratch game ui and coding. They are istripper, but their istripper service has diminished while their igambler service has increased. I don't blame them because it is the way of the gaming world, but....

In my opinion, exclusive cards have been a big mistake since 2017... we all can see how everything Totem does of them gets troubles and makes so many members upset...
BUT, even if I don't like many choices the company did recently, I really want it to stay in business and to provide me their product, which I like very much. So I will continue to buy cards.
And I hope that, in the end, other upset members will do like me...

Before somone mistakes my meaning. Sure I want the company to survive. Unknown Bug introduction is what I mean for a offline version or perhaps a optional mode.

I tried the scratch game .. there are 2 new cards I have not yet bought ..scratched and got a old card ...

I only got a pm from @celine that "explained" the glitch of the 9 cards I won and to thank me for my "understanding".😐😆 But didn't bother to respod in my followup.😒

Anyway thanks for the inexistant support... You'll never see another penny from me (and this comes from someone that has spend more than 800 euros in two years.)
edit: I stand corrected I have spend more than 1850 euros since march 2017.

Have you seen anyone from the @team to modify the initial post that the recent cards are excluded from the offer?

How About losing over 600 credits without winning a SINGLE card and a win/loss ratio in totem's favor of about 75/25,if i'm lucky! Not even the low resolution cards! I won't be buying credits for a LONG time if this isn't addressed!

Same here.. I netted a loss of 500 credits on Friday, getting nothing but 10 credit wins and five or six 50 credit wins. Like a dumb ass, I blew 50 more credits net yesterday trying again because so many people were saying they got the special event cards.

When Totem management makes claims on these boards that the special cards may be given away for free in events, and so many are reporting winning them, one assumes that the odds are decent and that he was just extremely unlucky. Well, I am STILL missing the 2017 advent card after losing 550 credits with absolutely nothing to show for it. Dangling an evasive promise of a special card before us while milking us of over $50 of credits with absolutely nothing to show for it makes this long standing customer, who's been a client since the beginning of VG, feel nothing but ill will, feeling betrayed and played for a sucker. If totem doesn't make this right, they'll never see another dime from me, and it sounds like others feel exactly the same way that I do.

Totem watch the numbers, not the angry screams of people on this thread. Or do you really think that the users on this thread are ALL the customers of Totem?

@interestingcard Not paying angry customers any heed is bad policy for any company, but it's all the more so for a company that, all in all, has so few customers.

Of course the users on this thread aren't ALL the customers of Totem. But do you really think that the users on this thread are the ONLY angry customers right now? Besides, even if there were only a few angry customers, their not being the majority wouldn't, and doesn't, necessarily make them wrong. Arrogance is a very bad business model.

Just my opinion:

If the odds of winning an exclusive card were low, that would make sense.

If Totem set the odds to be high at first and lower later that would be unethical.

It is possible that the few who won an exclusive card early on were so delighted that they reported it while non-winners said nothing. That would give a false impression of the odds.

There is no way for me to tell what was the case and it's possible that the early wins were caused by another software error.

At this point I still trust Totem to act fairly, but they should do more testing and provide more information about the odds of winning.

Okay. I started with 133.27 credits and have 3.27 left. So that means i spent 130 of my credits on scratch cards. I checked my account history and I had 10 credits added 18 times and 50 credits added twice. And i put those credits back into cards. So that means i bought 41 scratch cards. So I won credits on 20 of them, and put those credits back on cards before stopping. I'd say 100 credit win came up 6 times or more, but I always matched only 2 symbols, fine. I don't recall a card that had a prize of a regulor show come up, but I only have the 15 newest cards not in my collection, so it makes sense not to appear. I believe I have the 3 special cards in my collection, I have them from the way they were originally given out. But in the scratch cards, I would say 5 times or more, the winning prize was a special card, but every time i only matched 2 winning symbols. I'm starting to believe that since I already have those 3 special cards, there is no way that those scratch cards would have ever allowed me to be a winner since I already had them. I'm thinking the only prizes that should have showed up for me to win was credits. Very interesting. Can someone tell me the card #'s of the 3 special cards so I can confirm this?

Me too, I have'em from their origianal promotions but really couldn't care less if they were made available to everyone else.

What good does an "exclusive" card do in this arena?

Who am I gonna show it off to (that would care and know the difference)?

Do I get a status badge that has little stars on it for the exclusive cards that I can wear at the next Totem Community members convention? 😜

In the future, if I were to win a free card, then I would like to be able to pick the card of my choosing (excluding special event cards), rather than rely on the "luck of the draw" to see what card I win. I don't want just any card. There is a reason I may not have some of the cards not in my collection.

The risk of getting a card a don't want is what is keeping me from playing this game.

It's true of most of the games of chance on this site. I'd rather spend my credits on things I want, not on things I may not want.

I have all three special event cards. I really don't see the point in keeping them from other members, just seems selfish. I'm happy everybody can get them.

I don't particularly care for the whole "exclusive" thing for the reasons I just stated above and the fact that I almost missed Alyssia Kent's card due to the strange way the Black Friday event was set up. That would have annoyed me.

I know of others that wanted the A/K card and tried to participate but weren't able to, due to their collection size (which severely limited their options to participate) combined with the crazy way the offer kept rotating which only served the insomniacs and people who didn't have to work away from the computer imho. At least two long term high collection members I dialog with seperately, missed out on the Black Friday card for the reasons stated and they were "annoyed" to put it lightly.

The Advent calendars were fairly straightforward and you had 25 days to decide to buy it or not but the Black Friday event was radically different (and not in a good way imho). As a whale, I buy the advent calendars without a second thought because I would have bought all the cards in them anyway so the actual "event" held little charm for me over getting the extra card. However my whale status made the Black Friday promotion exponentially more difficult which seemed to punish us large aquatic mammals simply for having those large collections.

Frankly, I personally would prefer that Totem dispenses with the exclusive thing altogether and runs their other promotions. Keep doing the advent calendar but give the bonus card for free to those that buy the calendar and charge a premium for the bonus card for those that don't buy the calendar. However, I am only one voice in a crowd and I suspect that the numbers (sales figures) are what prompts Totem to keep doing it with the exclusive cards. Only Totem knows for sure but since they have done it three times already I think it's a pretty sure bet.
