Is the start of this beta mobile version the reason for the actual lock down of the PC one?

As I am not a member of the team I cannot answer this categorically but the first beta of the mobile version has been running since 11th May as a separate development stream.

Is the start of this beta mobile version the reason for the actual lock down of the PC one?

I remember a long time ago, it being discussed. I guess I just kind of gave up hope.

That is a very valid point - if a girl only has two items of clothing (bra and pants) the variations for a striptease are minimal. If however she starts in, say, jacket, shirt, skirt, bra, panties and stockings, the potential variations exceed the number of clips.

So - we need better choice of outfits and more imagination in choreography.

Well, I love what I see so far. I just need to put together a music playlist on my Spotify phone app to play while I'm watching the iStripper app. This makes me really happy. I didn't think this was going to get done. I hope that this advancement continues to be worked on and made even better.

There are a few of us who were involved in the earlier beta so we can help out possibly. Just enjoy and please feedback.

I managed to access my account and there are a number of shows "owned" in the models section. I've got the still pics but can't see how to play the videos. Am I missing something, or does this Beta just do still images?

@pantalone - just click on the picture and the show will start. Swipe up on the show and it will take you to see the card picture and you can then look at reviews, etc. I won't tell you any more as the fun of this beta is finding out what is there and what you can do.

But one hint - using your fingers to zoom when a show is running is SPECTACULAR! Just try it on the Kristina show.

@Nebal - the shows have to be converted to run on mobile and at the moment only 30 have been done.

You cannot access pics etc - the mobile version is complementary to the App so features such as videos, photosets, Forum etc are not available on the mobile. However we have been told that a bridge would be provided (it's not there now) so that you can link from the mobile to the normal website.

@HansSachs - I can answer some of your questions as I have been one of the beta testers of the first release.

The shows are slightly abbreviated as some scenes from the normal App versions cannot be converted - they just don't "fit" the new format.
They do not take up any disk space because they do not download to your mobile - they are streaming.
And yes - your normal account is the one you will use to access the mobile version.

Yes pc accounts work in mobile version
For use it you need to enter in your phone broswer and the shows plays like instagram stories

Go to the iStripper Settings page (using the cogwheel icon in the row of icons in the top right of the window). Ensure that Advanced Settings are enabled and then set the show's duration to "All Clips" in both the Desktop and Fullscreen sections of the settings (the default duration is too short to play all of the clips). Also make sure that the Levels Of Eroticism controls in those two sections are set to enable all of the levels.

Alternatively you can use a right click on a card's play button to bring up a menu and then use the Play All Clips menu item.

@boomboomsate - as with any Forum you will always get opinions and counter-opinions expressed and with the written word it is always possible to read in an interpretation that may not be what was in the person's mind when they posted the comment.

And then we have the issue of different languages and translators that can significantly alter the emotion of a message.

And nothing raises more opposing views than discussing your favourite model. Our tastes differ but we sometimes struggle to accept that other people have different tastes and subsequently different views. For example - you like Martina, I'm not of the same view - we should both be able to say that without it causing offence.

I'm not going to attempt to explain what the guys were saying but knowing both of them from long times in the Forum, they do not have an ounce of nastiness within them.

Sorry, but I agree with @snappy42

I think you guys are missing the point a little here. There's at least some (and I would imagine a fiar amount) of members who don't have any interest in the personalities of the girls. The main page of the iStripper website says "Hot babes perform exclusive erotic shows on your desktop". This is what a bunch of us are here for. We don't want to get to know the girls, we just come for the eye candy. Same for strip joints and porn.

That doesn't mean we think they're pieces of meat or care about whether they enjoy their work - we do care and fully realise they're people as well. We just assume that by being on iStripper that they actually want to be here and are appropriately compensated. It's a business, that's how it works. We're not here to meet the girls, talk to them, become their friends, etc. We're here to watch people that we see as beautiful (or hot).

Yes, it's subjective, and I have no issues with other members being here for a more 'personal' experience - but I also don't think it's fair to look down on someone who is purely here for eye candy.

For me personally, a lot of the girls lately are (to me) about as attractive as my wife (or less so) - and for me, they're not cards I'm willing to buy. I come here to buy cards of girls that I feel are more hot/attractive than what I would ever have a chance of seeing in real life - and so far (for me) that's only about 8 or so istripper girls that have been featured this year.

I just downloaded the photo set for Tina e1293, and it did indeed take longer ( 22 seconds) but not terribly so. My initial post concerned individual photos...no matter how large, one photo should not take 10 seconds to download.

It appears that the team has corrected this as my last few photos took only a second or three to download. Thanks!

Just some thoughts....

I do agree that it would be awesome to get more American women into the collection in the same way I'd want that badly for European women if the roles were reversed. However, there are several issues to make that happen-

1) Like stated above, it IS more expensive to produce content here. Nevada, Florida, Illinois and California are super expensive. Of the four, my advice would be Florida because there are an abundance of agencies down there already doing model shoots (versus CAL and NV which are more porn shoots). Another option would be Toronto, CA.

2) I would do NOTHING right now in America due to Covid-19. We simply aren't taking it seriously enough here (well....40% of us aren't!) and it's just too risky to come here until we do. That likely (God willing) will be January of 2021.

3) I'm sure they WANT American models and when they're overseas they likely try to book them. That ALSO is on hold right now as Americans are barred from entering most European countries....as we should be.

Again, good idea and I'd love to see it myself but unfortunately will have to wait until 2021.

Well there are 167 cards by "US Stars" in the collection

The "US Stars" category tag only seems to have been used between 2015 and 2017 (which I think is the time the US studio was operating) but there have been cards before and since that feature US performers. According to the xml files I have 266 cards featuring US models.

The symbols are visible in card e1295.

In the current version 1.2.246 only these three symbols are displayed.

That is very Subjective as each member finds what is Attractive to them in their own unique way.

For me, there has not been a single iStripper model that I would call plain or unattractive.
I like and enjoy them all.

So to answer your 1st question, no, it has not gone downhill in my perspective.

It's a shame there is no US pornstar in the software.

for example Tina - Princess Bride - e1293 is over 616Mb (4900 x 7300 photos)
compared the more normal 70-80Mb

Strongly agree. Loot boxes are gambling. And rewards like "special events" cards as rewards for gambling is almost worse than money. It's like being offered a unicorn for a spin of a slot machine. If you can't spot the sucker at the table, you're the sucker.

Britain is moving to outlaw video game loot boxes as gambling. It's an overdue move. Since this site's 18+ it may not matter. But it's irrelevant to me because I already know all the scratch and slots here are a waste of money.

Hi @batavus. I'm not sure if these are detailed in the manual (go to the "I" icon top right of the screen to access the user guides).

But a quick summary of those I can remember...

1) a handbag/suitcase symbol means that the girl uses an accessory - it may be a dildo or it could just be a beach ball or teddy bear depending upon the show
2) arrows pointing to left or right means that the girl enters the stage from the sides
3) a square with what looks like a "z" in it is where a girl uses the soap and sponge on a screen

I can't remember offhand the others.
