In case you did not save your original subscription confirmation (e-)mail, you can go to "My Account," then click "Cancel subscription." That should take you to a page with your "Subscription ID" and certain payment information or your e-mail address which provides the information needed to log in on the web billing page.
Your cancellation should take effect immediately with the web biller, but it may take days or weeks until Totem catches up and reflects your true status on your "My Account" page. I never save my subscription confirmation e-mails, and yet the cancellation process works for me when I need it.
