The Six can be offputting to some and are an acquired taste for an entire album, but this collection of songs includes awesome numbers like "Dance Epidemic", "Dance A Thon 2005", "Devil Nights", and a ***** cover of the Queen classic, "Radio GaGa".

For a girl suggestion, Gina Devine's "Aerobics Instructor" is a perfect fit. She bounces all over the stage and shakes her hips to just the right rhythm.

I don't know the details. I'm sure someone else will provide them. Somewhere at about card 900 every card had a 1080p version. However, all cards since about 600 were originally recorded in 1080p and Totem is in the process of rereleasing them in that resolution. More recent cards are actually being recorded in 3K and will eventually be released in that resolution in addition to 720 and 1080.
