totem has to tell us something about higher prices IN ADVANCE!

This card is just too expensive...............Totem are likely to lose customers big time if they continue like this!

Many stores (grocery, department, *****, convenience) carry Gift-Cards. See if you could find a general purpose gift-card. You purchase them for a fee, "load" them with cash in any value you would like, and then you can use them anywhere like a credit card. I have purchased many cards this way.

yes, I agree. As much as I'm enjoying this card, it was a big PR-mistake by totem to not even say something about the unusual pricing in advance.
Plus I can't imagine, that this outfit was that expansive. The only official reason that feels plausible is the makeup. Why would I even pay for a skin or wallpapers by buying a card?! Maybe I'd even buy an official skin but not by buying a card. That's all but not transparency.
Again, I've no problem to give more money for special cards but it should be with some comprehensible reasons given in advance.

Not sure that Totem makes so little money that they cannot afford to give a little extra for costumes once in a while without raising the price, but Ok.

And yes sometimes prices are higher for things just because it is popular. so Ok.

However, I really do think that Totem could have let us know about this in advance or at least mentioned it with the release.

All the recent changes to software and web site, and now the higher prices for cards whenever Totem feels like they can justify it, I have to say I am sincerely disappointed.

Oh I will keep buying your cards but somehow it is just not as much fun as it used to be.

Now, you can simply reload your account with credits and add as many cards as you need by browsing the carrousel or the store.

Some of you are wondering why Harley XX card is more expensive and I agree that you deserve some explanations.

Actually this card is absolutely one of a kind :

• Une lignCosplay has not been cheap! We have created all special pieces of this outfit like the baseball bat and the t-shirt. And you can believe me when I tell you that was hell of a job! e
• The makeup is quite particular and asked lot of time to our make up artist. And you know that time is money.
• The card layout is unique and can trully be considered like a collector item
• We have created lot of artworks with this card like wallpapers, special skin (available soon), etc.
• And finally we know we have a high demand on this cosplay since the Harley Quinn madness is in full swing.

Is this desperation? Is the product tanking. Just be transparent. If it because of worries about copyright problems, or if you had to pay some fees then be transparent. If it is a pure hope that an unestablished girl in any entertainment industry is going to somehow be the most popular card then it is fantasy. Demo was uninspiring, she nearly fell over....and a despite the novelty, this is still istripper where eye contact, seduction, and dance skills win out.

To be honest I didn't even look at the price, I just bought it, like I have done with all the 3K cards.

I'm not really into cosplay a lot and if it wasn't for some of the comments on these forums I wouldn't know who Harley Quinn is.

I don't begrudge Totem making an extra buck for something of this quality. For me - its worth every penny.

Ok . . I will bite . . . WHY would I want this card so badly?? If it is the costume (cosplay), I would have thought the batgirl costume or the ***** Bill costume would have cost a lot more that this costume. If I am going to be expected to pay more every time a girls card has a special name even though the costume is not something that cost Totem a lot of money, well I just don't know what to think of this.

I'm going to be very cynical and suggest that it's because Totem know that while most people will want this card, some will REALLY want this card and willing to pay the price because omfg-its-harley-quinn-cosplay.

If you mean Estonika's Harley XX card, it's a cosplay of Harley Quinn from the upcoming movie ***** Squad. She's like a female version of the Joker so that's why she looks crazy, in a sexy way of course. It's interesting that they chose to release it very close to the movie's release. Very smart move, that card is gonna sell like condoms at a whorehouse.

Only CARDS that are Registered to a Person, can be used for internationl purchases.
Anonymous Cards ( Gift Cards, that aren't registered to a person ) can't be used.

Here is the Type of Card you can use:
Funds can be loaded on the card with Cash, or from a bank account transfer, or even from a Credit Card transfer.
The Card is NOT attached to your bank account.
but it is Registered to your name, and that is the Crucial part that allows them to be used for international Purchases.

Honestly... Can't Epoch just do what I can do with other "male interest" retailers and have it charged directly to my paypal account instead of insisting to include a credit card as well, sheesh...

P.S. I don't know if it is "only" for small change charges, but I will do experiments to see if the 50 credits is possible with a "certain" card company.

Sadly, DarkRider, either I am doing something wrong, this option is available for only the cheaper purchases, or, more likely, ​US gift cards are once again no longer an option at this point.
​When I first saw your post over a month ago, I tried just as you- a few measly dollars I had left on a gift card. To my surprise it went through just fine. I was ecstatic! Now, once again, I tried to add 50 (500?) credits, and this did not go through with any of the billers.

je peux te suggerer d'acheter les cartes cartes dont la résolutions ne dépasse pas 720p qui coûtent 1,6 credits chacun (ce sont des cartes qui datent d'avant 2012 et 2013 et ces cartes ne sont pas forcément moins bonnes que les nouvelles).
Par exemple si tu achètes un pack de 8 credits à 12 euros, tu peux en acheter 5 de ces cartes. Ou si tu es fou avec un pack de 50 credit à 50 euros, cela revient seulement à 1,6 euro la carte.
