Just to comment that "2,956 credits"... ? If you need 215 cards just to break even and with this Premium deal you get all new cards for 11 credits as Triple Diamond member, shouldn't it be 2,365 credits? It would be 2,956 if you still had to pay 13,75 for them.

Probably won't change your view on this in whole :) but thought I'd correct that detail.

@Arcydemon and @Z22 , The dastardly diabolical deeds have already started. Up until today, all users could have been considered as equals. That is no longer so. Now there are the important people who get little crowns beside their status ranking that separates them from the second class users.

Well 59$ / year sounds a bit expensive to me. It's a 4,90 / month fee to get a discount on 4 or 5 interesting shows out of 30 monthly.

You can buy approx 30 cards with a 50€ credits purchase on diamond level
With premium it would be 36. However, there are only about 30 releases per month.

I'd say the model only pays off for those who buy most or all of the new releases. For people who are onlly interested in 1 to 10 cards released per month (depends on the models after all) this sounds like a pretty good money sink.
If I bought 5 cards per month, I'd save 13,5 credits for additional 4,90$. Think about it....

I also think that Special Event Cards should be included into the Premium Package ! - If not all - a good compromise basically to almost everyone may then be to offer a download of 3 free choice Special Event Cards per each Suscription ! - This may then of course mean that you may have to wait 1 Year before you may be able to download 3 more Special Event Cards - in case for example you downloaded all 'free' 3 Special Event Cards after or soon after you Suscription - but nonetheless - I think this is a Fair Deal and Compromise - for most of the Fans /Suscribers and Totem on the other Side - so both Sides have basically then what they want - the later not in full of course for the I-Stripper Fans and Totem - but this is of course the Nature of a real or good Compromise ! - This Compromise I suggested here may have to be programmed of course - but I think it will not be too difficult for your Programmer(s) to do that ! - Ask the Boss Celine - I think - when there are no other issues whom I am not aware of yet - he also may think.: "OK - that is a good Compromise basically for him as for the Fans and Suscribers and in total !" 😄 👌💗😎

Yeh, i'm just been wondering if the support for people not on premium will be pushed to the back of the queue. If it was something like the old subscription but instead of every card each month it was your choice of x cards a month. The other items in this "offer" seem worthless, at least to me. I suppose it's for the whales that must have everything.

Oh yeh, i forgot about the card. I just don' understand the logic behind this, why not just let all of us buy the 4k cards. It's not like it take much more time to export in 4k. Think i will just stop buying cards untill 4k is available for everyone.

So, let me get this right. The premium appart from the % off for the next few days releases and on vr shows only unlocks the purchase of 4k cards ... for 59 a year? I'm not sure your customer support respones have ever been slow so why would i want them faster, as for the "premium skin" there are plenty on the forum that i have never used.

This resolution is available on all Crystal Clear+ quality shows.

I also think that with "Premium"the special event cards should be part of the package, if not purchase-able through the service. What is the point of having high quality cards that a limited amount of people will ever see? This would be a great way to make money even after the original event/lottery/promotion we would have gone though to get the card in the first place.
