I can remember, once upon a time, when I opened my application, it was an actual "DeskBabes" app. It would say it in the left corner, icon would list it as DB, and everything was related to DB. Seems like everything now is VirtuaGirl. How do I get my DB back and functional>>? Or is everything now just using VG as its Host name?

Melena's boobs... I haven't noticed anything weird, abnormal or so far out of whack that merited a comment. She's a stunningly cute 24 yr old babe that any normal guy or gal would find attractive. My left ear is a quarter of an inch higher than my right. I have to shave my sideburns very carefully to make my face symmetrical!

I'm saying that the girls who give their time to perform for us should be respected. If a member doesn't like a particular girl and wants to comment, a simple, 'Not my type' would be enough.

If members keep on posting negative comments, any future girls that are reading these forum posts might think... F... that!

Every comment posted here could have a long term effect, good or bad. So I think we should all think first how it could affect long term viability of new girls WANTING to perform for us. Just another thought :)

VGP will assume all else is denied. Works better imho.

I find it amazing how people focus on one little thing when it comes to a girl's beauty. EG: 'This girl is stunning but her left tit is smaller than her right.' Yes, I see things that don't appeal to me in a lot of girls. However, I would rather say nothing than disrepect a model's performance or anything about her looks. We each have our own tastes. None of us are perfect :)

I can see the problem with the shadow now. As EverthangForever has pointed out the shadow is a separate clip and has its own dynamics which is the main reason I try to avoid them or at least have them vertical like a reflection.

The TV on works great.

Ok, the only thing I can suggest is choose scenes where the sun appears to be more directly overhead. side light is always a problem with shadows. Reduced height of shadows helps minimise ***** also. Eg:

Unfortunately the beds and their shadows' strong statement about sun direction, are going against this. This is a really good start @Avatarr. Sensational..maybe make the left model a little taller, but wow! yes nice karma ;)

I was looking at something similar for a scene a while ago, with a TV, Mobile phone and a calendar all on the same background.

Unfortunately I got diverted by Fractals and then Christmas.

From the other scene - can you tell me where the resort is that has 4 poster beds on its beach front. It seems like a place I ought to visit :-)

not sure exactly what you mean @Avatarr. Shadows can be problematic. If the model moves away from the camera ie: deeper into the scene, she is moving up, then the shadow doesn't follow, but stays or goes in the opposite direction relative to the clipsprite insertion point. You can try playing with the scale: parameter with negative values after using rotate: to try to fix this, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a solution. the shadow like a reflection is an animation of its own and because its set at 90 degrees it has different physics. To make the shadow ( a material: true parameter) lighter in shade ofc you can reduce opacity setting.

I like the 4-poster beds on the beach, can you rent them by the hour ?;)

I don't know if anyone else can help better with this but in my limited experience of using shadows, they are a matter of trial and error. i.e. They are very trying and very prone to error. :-)

If you want them vertically underneath the model it is a bit like the reflections you did on the table tops in your previous scene. You call up the same clip in the same position but rotate it 180 and then play with the colour and opacity until it looks right. To get an angled shadow then you need to play with all the angles in the rotation (i.e. the X, Y and Z angles) to get it in the right position. You may also need to play with the clip scaling (for the shadow clip) to get the size right.

Without checking back I'm not sure if Wyldanimal covered this aspect in his tutorials or whether he has some better advice he can give.

There is some code in the Totem Multiscene which produces a twin angled shadow. It may be a place to start.

For test purpose I have a plain white background that I call in a test scene. This way I can see what effects things like shadows and lighting have before putting them into the final scene.

Sorry I can't be of better help, I tend to try and avoid shadows if I can, but your scene may look a little odd without them.

Oh and try to avoid shadows for sitting scenes where the girl has her legs draped over the taskbar. Try one - I think you'll see the problem. :-)

With regard to zip files I was originally using Dropbox with a free personal account. In fact all my earlier scenes are still on there.

One of the members here kindly offered me the use of some web space so my newer Xmas scenes are located there. I will eventually transfer my other scenes but they need collating and tidying up first.

As an interim measure Dropbox seemed to work fine for me. Uploading files was easy and as far as I know there were no problems downloading the shared files (at least I didn't see any complaints).

I was doing some searching Melena on Xhamster and found some webcam footage, in the scenes she had bigger breasts. Does anybody know what happened because in recent stuff they seem to be much smaller and one is almost nonexistent.

Glad to see that there are still breast lovers on VG. still, as I have mentioned before when I started this post, VG should have contact info already for Rebeka and Marta who IMHO desrve another comback. granted there have been a couple 35 inch busted models in the new crop (apparently that is "big" busted by french standards) that are average compared to most of the women in an average shopping mall on any given day over here. I have been with you since 2009, my wife the past 2 years. while there have been some cool and exciting things done with the product, little by little it seems that the buyers have become less important, as witnessed by the snippy comments in various forums made by the so called moderators. some were warranted, I grant you, but a lot of it has been holier than thou. but I'm getting off track here. we need to see more of the old busty favorites along side the newcomers Totem. you already know how to contact most of them I would assume as they have been here before. and it seems others are of like mind in this forum. so please think it over, Totem.
