I prefer real, but I have nothing against saline/silicone enhancements. It's not my body, it's hers. It comes back to size, though. Some of the aftermarkets are just too huge. They don't look anywhere near normal or real.
Best original equipment? I don't know...LucyNova, Bijou, Marie, Morgane, Monica Scott, Natali Blond.
Best aftermarkets? Maybe Sharka Blue, Sendy Silver, Marta.
I could add to the lists, but there are so many lovely women here it's hard to narrow it down. It's all a matter of taste, and I need to taste them!

They have to be real! A happy person is a person that is happy with what they were born with. I like those happy people!

I love the real natural ones, I'm disappointed seeing sweet looking girls with 'unreal' plastic bombs.

I much prefer real but don't mind implants if they have been done well. I really don't like bad boob jobs and to my mind (and I know I'm gonna get a whole lot of grief from this!), I really can't stand Jana H's and Vicky S's boob jobs. Hence why I always rate Jana H a 0 and cannot understand why she is always at the top of the "Browse Girls" list.

Vicky S, I just feel sorry for. The surgeon must have been on a dare or something to come to that result, lol!.

Could'nt agree more! Jana-H, naughty girl card, was a bit of a letdown because her false jugs were paler than the rest of her! If you see clips of her, pre-implant, you'll think "why bother, she does'nt need em". Lets hope the likes of Viki, Sandra H & Tereza dont succumb to the surgeons knife.

The worst boob job i've ever seen here is Sendy Silver's, she looks like she just stepped out of a Texas chainsaw movie.

And why, oh why did Zafira have to go and do it to herself as well. She looked just fine without her implants.

Here's another voice to add to the contention that Jana H. has (in my opinion) an awful boob job. I don't understand her high ratings, either! Maybe it's because she has a whopping 12 shows and Totem wants to push her?
