I've tried and tried and tried changed my registry again and again and still when i register the VGHD site says my serial as jumbled lettters and numbers even though i type in Mast3rquincy when i over install or reinstall. This is getting frustrating i've included a screenshot of it below i think this is not based on my pc but on the servers since ive fixed and wiped and installed VGHD a LOT! of times now! Would love some more feedback from a live person as well whether it be phone or email bot pre typed message after 4 days wait on customer support. Only so long does my attention span hold i just want to use the software :'(!!!!!!!!!
Please Please anyone i have tried every avenue im just begging now!

Edit: When i overinstall i have deleted the installid in the registry and have tried changing the welcome to 0

This still hasnt been sorted after 11 days currently i would not suggest anyone do more than use the free trailers as it doesnt seem like purchasing girls will get you more than the pictures. Very upset by this and theres no direct link to their customer support so dont hold your breath if you do have a problem! My downloads tab still has the serial as different to the username and reinstalltions, clean installs and registry fixes have been tried.

They are currently having issues with the customer support that are being worked out.

Here is a quote from TotemRex about it "We're having problems with our customer service, it has been on and off for the last few days and we're over 600 requests behind. We hired new people, things will get back to normal begining of next week, sorry for that."
