There is no indication at checkout for a discount to be applied for points. It still has the unadjusted amount on the checkout page. How do I go about using it? It had an embedded link, it took me right to the shop, but nothing reflects the suggested discount is active. I didn't complete the transaction.

The Discount displayed on the Package of Credits is Built in to the Price

The Regular non-Discounted Price per Credits is $0.17 per credit
30 credits for $4.99 = the Base Price of $0.17 per credit

The Three larger Packs offer the Pack for a Discounted Price
500 credits X ($0.17 - 40% off) = $49.99 = $0.10 per credit

1000 credits X ($0.17 - 46% off) = $89.99 = $0.09 per credit

2500 credits X ($0.17 - 52% off) = $199.99 = $0.08 per credit

no not this at all, it was a time sensative pop up discount, it hadd a timer of a day and some hours maybe 12. Are you not aware of thee promotions available on this web site?
I was attempting to retain the facts, so as to not cause an outcry. 3 or so days agio now, at login a pop up with a promotional price for credits, it's gone now. I'd still use it if they would reissue it. It just didn't reflect the price at the submit button, the messenger was offline.

Sometimes the Flash Sale will be 10%, 15% and even 20% for a Limited amount of time.
That Sale ( additional discount ) is applied when you Unlock the card.

There is small (?) next to the price when you go to Unlock the card.
It will Display the breakdown of the Price.

I was attempting to skirt the specifics as to not stir issues with other users. It was a pop up on log in that had a promomtional price for credits. And when I went through the process to check out it was showing an adjusted price.
It will be the link I was fed, just before using checkout. And when it was ready to submit it wanted to charge the full price. It would be my use history that corresponded with the post. moments before it. I was in check out then I simply closed the page. I also made a response in the assistant which told me you were closed and then I posted.

Point of order.

There is a big difference between 'Moderator' and 'Team'.

Moderators are volunteers who give of their own free time to make sure the forums are kept clean (ridding it of spam, bad language etc.). It is not his job.

@Wyldanimal is a huge asset to the project with his deep, technical knowledge of the code and general workings of the app. He has helped me out on more than one occassion on how to adjust system files to achieve some more advanced settings.

This reads like a third party selling the product.
I have read about this type of thing several years ago. This doesn't look like a totem product.

If you typed in any information (credit card, emails, etc.) please check for any activity.

We don't know. We can offer ideas and thoughts of what we have seen in the past but that is all. We don't know.

This forum is mostly users. Some go into more programing so they have better understanding of the deeper concerns but we are mostly users.

What you are reading are ideas from members. Some offer ideas from past experience. Some offer ideas from coding/programming. You can sign up for discord and maybe find better answers from users there.

Personally, I have never seen the pop-up you describe. I can't say you are right or wrong becuase I have never seen the pop-up. I know in the past, some users have mentioned a similar situation but not exactly the same. I don't know. However, like many users on this forum, we try to help troubleshoot, support, suggest ideas for other users.

I appreciate your advice and insight. As a prior QA tester, this is low tier support, imho.
Over that decade I met more than one programmer than thought they could do no wrong, they'd argue day and night. Only to still come up wrong. I realized many of them think way to highly of themselves, and assume they can't make mistakes. B?C 'it runs great on my rig!', my fav excuse or reason why. It's a running joke in the QA lab.
You can take bets on whichever programmer coming in and saying just that.
