I have been all over this website, from the help to the forum, and have tried everything to get the registered to, to change to my profile name. Even delete the folder in the user section. Have uninstall and reinstall 4 times now. But everytime I have done this, there is an error when I go to try to download the girl onto my laptop. Is there anything I am missing?

You cannot change your profile name. Once you set it when you register its yours for life. If you have bought any shows (which I see you have) they are tied to your username. You can re-register under another name but if you do you will lose any shows you have purchased. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? You just do not like the username that you picked?

No, I am trying to get the ones I have bought, but there is an error everytime. I saw the help thing where it told you to check to see if the reg. to is the same as the profile name, and mine is not. I am guessing that is why I get an error when trying to download or update my collection. Other then that, I don't know why I get an error when trying to download my collection.
