Have you tried to click settings in the top right of the Titlebar. Make sure advance settings is checked. Scroll down to CLIPS and make sure free preview push is set to never. Also the option keep playing preview clips of purchased cards. "Also under show duration under DESKTOP that is set to all clips."

You need to check the collection filters - set them to "all"
Yes that is surely the problem. I can see you have 4 cards.
This 'category' filter in 'My collection' is very ***** and impractical - one thing to review, I think.

In My Collection you will find a display with the number of cards in the upper left corner.
If "2/4 cards" are displayed there, then set all filters to "All".
If only "2 cards" are displayed there, then you have hidden two of your cards.
To the left of the search box there is a button that shows controllers.
Click on this button and select the entry "View / Hidden cards".
All hidden cards will then be displayed.
Mark all hidden cards and click on the eye symbol in the menu bar.
But you can also click on one of the cards, then the detail view will open. On the picture you will find the eye symbol that you have to click.
