My system crashed and my VGHD was not registerring the cards I had purchased...decided instead of bothering you guys to bother customer service on the 24/7 chat. (HUGE thank you to Jununger, GeeseH and MarkXX for all their patience dealing with the idiots like me) I wanted to post the step by step procedure for getting the files reactivated so members would get a break from answering the same questions over and over, not that they've ever ***** but some do alot to help us lower beings out. XD

Marlene: I will give you instructions regarding your concern. Please take note that the following instructions are VERY SENSITIVE. READ and FOLLOW them CAREFULLY:
Marlene: Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Marlene: Open Folder Options in Control Panel.
Marlene: Double-click Folder Options.
Marlene: On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
you: It's already displaying hidden files and folders

you: I've got the VGHD folder in my system still but I'm just not able to get the files to reactivate
Marlene: 1) Quit VirtuagirlHD (right click the V icon in the systray and click 'quit')
Marlene: 2) go to C/Documents and Settings/YOUR_USER/Application Data/vghd/Data and delete the file named 'models.lst'.
Marlene: 3)
Marlene: - Go to 'start' menu
Marlene: - Select 'Run'
Marlene: - Type 'Regedit' and click 'go'
Marlene: -> A window opens :
Marlene: - Go to 'HKEY CURRENT USER'
Marlene: - Select 'software'
Marlene: - Select 'totem'
Marlene: - Select 'vghd'
Marlene: - Select 'DLM'
Marlene: -> double click the file 'install ID' and delete the code that will appear in the little window.
Marlene: Now relaunch virtuagirlHD from start/programs and register with your user / pwd.

you: Everything is back to normal with the account by the looks of it

On that note, I'm asking that people see that I was trying to leave a note that other people will be able to follow later on and ask that noone reports it as spamming but see it as someone trying to help others out later on in the event they experience it themselves.
