I know from Melisa that they have no chance to see the result of their work before. She also had to download the show like us and watch it then. It's just that she got it for free from Totem. But i don't think they will watch it repeatedly.

But @Zulu, you wouldn't have to download the show to see what people think of it.. Plenty of people comment on how the show looks at the Buy Full Show screen, so you could see from there, and the rating as well..
