I can clear up your mystery quite easily. The links I posted are to free promotional photo sets for TotemCash affiliates. I have recently been planning to build a vghd affiliate site and I found these sets while finding out about affiliate resources.

Remember, the actual high number (set card) was 618 [Carie-Black Romance], but have only 544 results... (until now)

I think some old cards which fill the gaps will never be released for various reasons, but some others might be. Have a look at HotHairyOne's site to see where the gaps are and for some indication of whether there is a chance of the missing cards being released.

The last "gap-fillers" to be released as far as I remember were 0023 Silver "Road Work", 0137 Lilian Tiger "Demolition Girl" and 0467 Krystel "Guava Drink" earlier this year.

The gaps between 544 & 618 could be the new cards for VGHD Totem says that they have in abundance for release here in next few months as they focus on the new site.

Having the full collection, I can say with some confidence that Totem has exactly 74 cards unreleased, not counting any of Lorena's which may have higher numbers, and not counting any cards relating to girls who have none at all released so far.
Some of the cards may have been suppressed for good reasons - camera glitches, computer glitches, or overall poor effect. But in some cases it's difficult to imagine why. Andie's only show is one of the very best, and apart from being drop-dead gorgeous in many other ways, has the most beautiful pubes you ever saw. Why no more of her?
There are other mysteries. The usual ration of cards is a maximum of 8. So how come Jana H is the only one with more (10)? I've nothing against Jana, but she's not a favourite of mine. If I had to rate my entire collection in order, I guess she'd come somewhere between 190 and 230.

Can be is it there a strategy of vghd!
