I have mine set to Pause / Resume

As do I and I have not seen these (WyldAnimal's or Dfner's) problems with this, or any earlier, version of the software since I reduced the touchpad's tap sensitivity.

Change the setting in advance setting of the mouse click.
and see if it still Happens.

I have known cases where just touching the touchpad as I started to move the mouse was seen as begining with a very short tap - rather like keybounce - no matter how careful I was. I fixed that by reducing the touchpad's sensitivity to taps. before

I have tried to reproduce your symptoms by following the procedure you outlined - but I don't see a switch to small mode unless I deliberately "tap" when starting to move the mouse pointer.

Quick update
I've added the ability to record and playback Movement - Motion Loops
Hold down the right mouse button and Move the window around to record the motion.
when you let go of the right mouse button, the recorded movements are played back.

to stop and erase the recorded movements, just Right Click in the app window.
You are then ready to record a new motion path.

Hi everyone, the 2 problems of "I bought a card and it was bought twice" and "iStripper window is shown even though I launched it in silent mode/at Windows startup" should be fixed in the 1.2.512 version. Please let us know if you still experience them with that (upcoming) version!

I deleted all my cards and have been downloading them and deleteing the clips I dont want lately. I downloaded the beta and continued to do what I have been doing. I downloaded all sonya blazes cards and disabled the clips I did not want on the first card and Istripper crashes (not surprized at all it crashed...) anyways now all her cards show as not downloaded when I know they are. So here is a bug report for you. youre welcome 😆.

Well even with the Beta Version my Problems still exist, the Tabs "Featured, Events, VR and Forum are empty and do not load.Also do the Credit and Profile Tabs not work.And dont tell me my ISP is blocking this Stuff, all this works fine over the Browser, without a VPN.

Hi, this looks like a firewall/antivirus issue where the program iStripper is being blocked from accessing web pages. The new beta 1.2.512 now has a signed executable file, please let us know if you still encounter the problem with it. If you do, can you try deactivating your antivirus before launching iStripper and tell me if it works without it (just for the sake of testing for now)?

I don't think the issue is in the sensitivity to taps in this case. It seems to be about moving the cursor on screen.

I made a test:

1) Start the show in full size
2) Minimize the software window

3a) Place the cursor in a place where the model (in standing clip) soon will walk and take your hand off your mouse. When the model walks over the cursor, nothing changes: the show continues in full size
3b) Wait for a full minute and don't tap mouse on anything, just keep the cursor in one place. Then simply move the mouse slightly over the model, again not tapping on anything, and the show switches to small size.

If I close the software window (instead of minimizing in point 2) above), this error does not occur. Only minimizing the window and then moving cursor over model makes it switch to small size.

EDIT: this happens only in GPU mode. If I change the mode to CPU in Settings, above described issue does not occur.

That does not happen for me. It looks like that in your case the software is seeing spurious mouse events, but if so then I have no idea as to where they may be coming from.

It is possible that your and @Socialhazard can ameliorate the problem by adjusting your mouse or touchpad settings, in particular the sensitivity to "taps".

It looks like we want to be able to choose from all versions, or from the latest versions of this app.
From what I've read, this new version changes too much of what I like.
I ***** being pushed into versions I don't like.
Why to change something that is good and works ????????

This happens to me with this new beta every time when...

1) Show is running full size, Desktop mode
2) Minimize the iStripper software window
3) Move your mouse on model --> switches to small size without clicking anything

(not sure if this that "large clickable area issue with GPU mode". I have missed that discussion, but I am watching my shows with GPU selected)

I have had similar symptoms in the past, but it was not just with iStripper. It seems that my laptop's touchpad was occasionally generating spurious mouse click events even if I was not touching it. It seemed to occur when the edge of my hand just brushed the edge of the laptop close to the touchpad - I suspect that the cause may have been indiscernible static discharges. It has not reappeared since I have relocated and, coincidently or not, my laptop is now situated in a place where I am less likely to accumulate a small static charge (my dining room as opposed to my bedroom).

I am not seeing anything like that, at least in Windows 10. The girl controls seem to be working just fine and not doing anything strange. I do wish Totem wasn't so eager to close the Playlist and Now Playing tabs though when you switch screens. It's nice and all to get them out of the way, I suppose, but once I have opened them on the collection screen I would like them to be open on that screen when I moved back to it.

Also, the Featured screen has taken to spawning shifted about 5mm to the left when maximized. The other screens are centered properly, but not this one.

Full size switches to small size without me clicking the model or anything else. Happened a few times now. 😕 Not to be ***** with that large clickable area issue with GPU mode. OMG, just happened again. No click, I just moved the cursor around. Only happens rarely though.

ReSizing the APP:
Clicking and ***** within 30 pixels inside of the 4 corners allow the sizing of that corner
Moving the App window around:
Clicking and ***** more than 30 pixels from an Edge allows Moving of the entire app
Change the update speed:
Clicking within 30 pixels of an edge, alters the update speed of the captured frames.
bottom edge = slow
top edge = medium
left edge = fast
right edge = max speed
(always move the mouse pointer outside of the app window to allow the timed updates to take place )
( when the mouse is inside the app window, updates are random )
( when moving the window, updates are as fast as possible )
Quit - Close the App:
DOUBLE click in the app window to close it.

How does it work?
My app is invisible with an invisible image on it.
When it opens, you can't see it.
It takes a Screen Capture of the primary display. ( only works on the primary display for now.. )
it then Pastes the screen capture in to the image on the app and sizes it to fit.
So now the App has a smaller image of what was on the Primary screen.
but now you can see the app and this smaller image.

It now takes a new screen capture, which now includes this smaller image of the 1st screen capture.
it then Pastes this captured Image into the App Image and sizes it to fit.
So now the Image has both the screen image and the 1st smaller screen image in it.
This is repeated over and over again, each time creating a new smaller image
and this I call Visual Feed Back.

Something to try:
You can Manually do this with an Image editing app.
take a screen capture.
open you image editing app, but don't make it full screen
leave a border around it, so you can see some of your desktop in the area around the border.
Now past the screen capture in your image editor
Max the pasted image to fit in the app window.
So you now have a smaller version in the editor of your 1st screen capture.

Now take a new Screen capture, and Past it into the editor.
Repeat a few times..
See how the Image resembles the Visual Feed Back.

Same here. I'm using Windows 7 and I can't upgrade my system for many reasons and I don't want to.

***** thing, and not specific to this beta, but I find the labelling used in Store to be not completely logical.

Currently there are 5 sections in the Store: "All", "Coming soon", "Sale", "Special Event Cards" and "Wishlist"... "All" is not really all here, is it. Seeing the sections listed like that one could easily expect the "All"-section to include "Coming soon" and "Special event cards", too, but of course it doesn't.

I would make following changes:

1) Create just 3 main sections of the Store: 1 = "Buy now" (same as current "All"), 2 = "Coming soon" and 3 = "Special Event Cards". These are mutually exclusive categories if you continue the practice that information of future SEC is not given ahead of release.

2) Then you can create new "All" section, which contains ALL above three sections

3) After this you should keep current "Wish list" and "Sale" sections, but these should be somehow visually distinguishable from the above three, and not listed like now, because these are just subsets of of new suggested "All" category from point 2) above.

I just saw this:

to simplify the choice of size, the slider to set your cards size has been replaced by 2 buttons : small/large
There is no need, at all, to "simplify" anything: the slider which permits us (in the ordinary version) to adjust cards' size is, to me, a very good, important and appreciated function, which I strongly hope will be re-added in future to new versions of app.

I also really don't like that the first set of cards on the Featured page is "Popular Shows" and can't be changed to "Newest Shows".

While I don't mind the new layout of the app, I'm not a fan that it's just cards on the front page, the carousel of the Ladies was better and way more attractive. The cards makes it look the starting page of the Office 365, i.e. like a business app instead of a fun app (the weird font and display box of the credits reinforces that since it looks like a stock ticker or something).

On my PC, there is no way to make the app start minimized in the systray like previous versions. If that's a bug, that's fine, but if it's a choice, that's really bad and not desired.

once you have a playlist in istripper for you scene(s) or just your enabled cards
and then you have disabled and enabled the scenes you want use/
You can have the controller on one screen
while the Scene or Screen saver plays on the other.

a set of buttons to Start and Stop the Screen Saver.
a set of buttons to Take a s Scene Capture,
Change the Clip for model position 1
Change the Scene ( only if you have more than One scene in the Que )

also a set of Timers that can be set up to automate these functions.
Times are set in milliseconds.

you can take screen captures
( on my system, I can reach 18 captures per second on a 1080p screen, timer set to 55ms )
You can set the Duration for the captures.
so if you want 2 minutes of captures, set the duration to 120 seconds or 120000ms
and the capture delay to 250 ( results in a bout 4 captures per second )

You can set a timer to change the clip, and a timer to change the scene.
Scene changes can happen more often the the 5 minute delay in iStripper settings.

Just an App for me to have fun with..
plan out a playlist, and scene selection, set up the timers, and watch a custom show.

Some of our scenes have tv screens in them, and using frame flipping, you can play a sequence of images on them.
So by capturing some scenes every few milliseconds, you can create a sequence of images to use for these frames.

Combined with my Random Shader toy,
I can set up Two Scenes the same ( so there is a scene to change to )
use my Scene Controller, and watch a custom playlist cycling through random shaders.

I guess I'm just a geek who can create apps to fulfill my imagination.

This is NOT a fullscreen Scene, just an app that is fun to play around with.
I got the Idea from using OBS. Wished there was a way to remove the window frame and menu from it.
So I wrote my own little app.
Not as responsive as OBS, but on a 1080p screen it works pretty good.
I tried it on 4K, but the update rate is a little slow.

Someone mentioned about trading cards of a model but I saw none there in the app.

REALLY missing the carousel preview of girls. One of my favorite things to hop on and see the new shows and others that might interest me in a unique format.

JUST because of this, going to revert back for now.

Back to the normal version for now.
As feedback for the Beta:
1. I like more to have Menù an options all on the top of screen
2. Previews with flash sale value is less visible in the new version

Either the slider or a way of directly entering the number of cards we want in each row. The advantage of allowing the number of cards to be entered is that there then no need for an upper limit as there would be with a slider.

When the implementation of a control imposes arbitrary limits no matter what you set as as a "sensible" limits someone will almost certainly have a legitimate reason to want to exceed them - for example I can imagine someone with an ultra wide very high resolution monitor wanting to have a couple of dozen cards in each line while someone with poor sight using a vertical monitor may prefer just two cards per line.

As examples from my own experience of being frustrated by arbitrary limits I have at times chosen to print documents with a font size of 5 points, have viewed documents with a single pixel sized characters only to find that some programs won't allow such small sizes, and I have tried to plot 50 signals on a single graph only to be prevented in doing so because the plotting program was limited to 5 at a time. When I run up against such limits I find the normal explanation is "we never thought that people would want to do that" - I have even had that response when the requirements explicity stated that there should be no such limits (which I know was the case with the plotting program because I had written the original spec).

I am not using this version (cannot), so it may be different.
But there is a setting for this.
Go to settings and make sure advanced settings is checked.
Then, scroll down to 'safe for work' and find 'start disabled'.
Put a check mark there.
(also remove the check mark from 'run istripper at startup' if you prefer to start it manually)

When the Windows opens, the program appears on the screen. I just want the program to launch in the system tray.

Seriously, we need BACK the ability to use a slider to size the model cards in My Collection. Why? Not all of use are using laptop size screens. I use a 65" 4K UHD TV for iStripper, and the only 2 icons available to me now are "small" and "large". Really? The "small" one puts NINETEEN model cards across my 65" monitor in My Collection. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to read any of the print on them unless my nose is almost pressed up against my TV screen. The "large" icon puts FOURTEEN model cards across my 65" monitor. I would STILL have to move my recliner no farther than 6 feet away from my TV screen to read the print on the model cards. In the past I could use the "slider" to make the cards large enough so only TEN of them would be placed in each row, and they were readable from a reasonable distance that didn't ***** me to move so close to my TV I would need to rearrange my furniture to use iStripper on my TV.

Yes...some of us are old farts and our eyesight isn't as good as it was when we were spring chickens. And we can afford large screen TV's instead of laptops. PLEASE give us the My Collection SLIDER back for sizing the model cards displayed...AND make sure the "LARGE END" of the slider setting will make the cards MUCH BIGGER than what the "large" size is now.

As an aside, the new "Feature" opening screen puts SIXTEEN model cards across my screen in all the different categories shown. The cards are even SMALLER there. It provides a totally unreadly "preview" of any of those cards too on my large screen TV.

@TheEmu Not really. I both did and did not get the tag from new cards bought directly from the App store. Although the app store seems to have "issues" at the moment, so that's not too surprising. I did not get it on one new card bought via the web store.

Is there any pattern to what gets the New flag and what does not get it ?

For example, are those that get the flag all new releases while those that don't are older ones ?

My suspicion, though it's only a guess, is that the flag may be getting set according to the release date, which would be appropriate in the store, rather than the download date which is appropriate for My Collection.

I am getting the "new" flag about 50% of the time on my newly purchased cards and when I do the cards do indeed go to the top of my collection. The other new cards sneak into the collection in the normal sorted order and do not have the flag.

The "new" flag shows for me if no filters, with my usual filters is just has the new flag over "filtered cards". I think this is how it's supposed to work though.
