@ChaoticEvil: it's in the rules, and was introduced to make the ladder more exciting and harder to stay on it. You could also say it's a penalty, because a girl already on the ladder usually already lost once to the girl just above her.

Ive just been playing The Shadows Life Story double CD back to back whilst watching my models perform, and I have to say it goes rather well with a lot of the girls
