I recently bought the "Harley XX" card and i absolutely loved it! It was a cool new concept that totaly refreshed iStripper. So, my suggestion to the team is to create more cards like this. Cards that include popular cosplays with the matching accesories. I know that a lot of members ***** about the price, witch was indeed a bit costly relevant to other cards, but if the team decresed the price a bit, i and i suppose other members would not hesitate buying these cards. The team could, for example, realese one of these cards once every month.

I finally decided to update the Carly Rae cards. The updates were very quick, as nothing changed.
Why did these cards show as having updates, when they are only preview cards?

Finished four minutes ago. I restarted my little test of the music (songs). The last one (out of sixty-seven) just ended, and no problem at all. I have no idea why some songs do not play as often as others. I have no idea what problem caused music to stop at the end of a song, while girls continued to dance, and music was set to NOT stop.

1. See pic above: the only problem I see is that the price on the 'girls page' on preview gets covered by the 'See me Naked' sign.

2. Kudos to Makeup, Hair, Costuming & Choreography Teams and the recent Models who I believe are the opposite of dull, in fact engaging & recently better than ever.

I fell into the category of "OMG it's the Harley Quinn card" and just hit download without checking the price. I wasn't too happy when I noticed how much I paid.

The makeup, hair and costume are all amazing but what saved me from being angry that I paid extra was the model who did a fantastic job, she is very energetic and used the props very well. To me this should be the normal standard of creativity that Totem should have to create a POD with other adult sites.

Lately you have provided some very beatiful models but the standard of direction in the shows is very boring, the routines are so similar, no theme to them like this card has.

I'm glad to hear the performance is good. I agree with you that so many of the models recently have been quite dull. It's ***** because they're all beautiful women. I've always thought that far too many of them aren't selected for their moves and body language.

I just downloaded this version (minutes ago), and did exactly as shown below, which I reported a little earlier in the last beta version.

Report about a possible bug. Is it a bug?
I have had it repeat many times.

• Set music to play (in advanced settings, Desktop, music enabled is checkmarked)
  
• Allow music to play in small mode (in advanced settings, Desktop, no sound in small size is NOT checkmarked)
  
• Allow music to continue to play after animation ends (in advanced settings, Desktop, do not stop music at the end of clips)
  
• Make sure you have at least two songs in interface
  
• (not sure if music needs to be added using the 'add music' button)
  
• Make sure you have at least two skins, not counting Basic
  

• Close the program (not just the interface)
  
• Wait at least one minute (not sure if this matters)
  
• Reopen the program
  
• Go to settings tab (with advanced settings already checkmarked)
  
• Scroll down to 'Display'
  
• Change the skin
  
• Turn on the program by clicking the on/off button
  
• Go to music tab
  
• Find the song that is playing
  
• Play icon may not be showing
  

Notes: Turning on the program (on/off button) before changing skins does not cause this to happen.
Going to the music tab without changing skins does not cause this to happen.

This might affect the showing of the music icon on start/restart:
I have sixty-seven songs, all loaded using the 'add music' icon.
I am disabling each song one at a time after the song has played once.
(I am checking to make sure that all songs play fine, as I have noticed the player seems to sometimes not play certain songs, and ONCE music, but not animations, stopped and did not resume until I turned off the program, then turned on the program (on/off button).

Agree with the "push previews". Please get rid of this or at least give the user the option to disable it. I'll choose which previews I want to download. Don't ***** them onto my computer. Thanks.

I think it's an interesting comparison though. I never liked the costumes of the old days, I thought they looked cheap and cheesy. Estonika's was pretty well done so I give them credit for that.

The price increase seems a little excessive to me (and like some others I wondered if it would eventually drop), I think 25-30% would have been more reasonable, but I guess in the end only the actual numbers will determine whether it was worth it to Totem.

The biggest problem I have is that it wasn't even mentioned until people *****. Another big misstep IMO. Many of the decisions made by Totem really boggle my mind.

The idea that it's a superstore is a bit off. There is only one brand. Totem. No brand B, certainly no brand X. They shut that one down for piracy! :)

The idea that you go in for your usual brand of ice cool totem energy drink and today it's 17.50cr because, you know... it's hot...

I now expect much, much more of the same. ;)

There might be a certain time gap from the time you add funds to your card till the time when you can use it. Could be hours or even a day or two.
Click on "choose your biller" to select a different card processor, epoch, segpay, commercegate, ccbill and so on.
If it continues to get declined, then contact the card processors if that doesn't help contact your bank.

Oh I don't know, the price for UHD cards has been the same for ... drumroll ... almost around 700 cards, with the one exception of sex on the beach, which got a special post. Aside from the overall change in pricing system I rarely notice the price - because it's always been standardized. That's why it would be nice to have a premium card system in place in the future to avoid this exact situation. Because we know that there are more premium cards to come, right Totem? :p

I didn't mean my speculation to be a negative. I know Rex is a very smart business man who has worked with this product for a very long time. My theory would be a good thing for the company to do, raise the price for those who DEMAND the card in the moment, and when the demand drops over time, give some discounts. That is generally how sales of all things work. The demand for Estonika was unusually high, the price was set to match that, and with their new discount system I imagine the price will come down. Now those who bought first may be upset, but they will already be focused on the new thing that they must have, as collectors, and the extra 90 cents will be inconsequential. Their previous discount system was a great idea because it ***** people who love deals, like me, to make a decision in a short period of time. And almost universally I bought any card that I thought I may want later. Now I just buy one card for each girl, and if I get a good review on the girl I may buy later. At this point there is no incentive buy the day of release.

And for those upset about not noticing the price increase. They put the price in bright red, and then they gave us a notification that we were buying the card, for said price. I noticed, went to the forum to make sure it wasn't a bug. Waited for confirmation from the staff as to reasoning and then bought it. Notifications, and extra coding requires new releases of software, and extra money and we should not need THREE notifications that we are buying a card. One is fair.

We already have access to all the previews (demo"s) So "pushing" previews to the membership in my opinion is a bad idea. So if Totem is going to make this a future feature, please give us an option to disable it.

The main difference, here, is that EVERY new card is release at 25 credits, not counting our member rebate.
This is the standard (except for the 4 girls cards, of course).
So...surely many members buy this card...without noticing the higher price.
I didn't, only because i always check the Virtuagirl forum, with the last topics used...and peoples were ***** on it.

My take.
Totem should say in the card description if this is a special card, at higher price.
like they did with the 4 girls card...
Simply because they were transparent before.
Now they change.

this card at higher price...to surf on the movie release...

Without the forum, problems won't get fixed nor advances in the software. Our community here is one of the best I've found, if not THE best! :)

To be honest i think looking at things from a business perspective what's ultimately going to have to happen is that Totem needs to get rid of the forum all together. Because as a company trying to do certain things to get new users and a larger client base all this back and forth that we all do on a regular basis is not a good look to new people coming in. If i'm a new guy reading these posts and comments i'd think the company was always trying to pull a fast one on their customers. Alot of sites like these don't even have a forum just a comment section.

Give it a Different Card Image Style. Have some type of Different / Special Clip content..
an Outfit, a Prop, a Role Play... Something that sets it apart...
It's a Collectors Series, and Charge a Premium Price for It / Them...

I think it was removed. From personal experience it didn't work too well in the client. Maybe they will bring the button back in a future build when search is better coded

I just want to say, that 24 credits is indeed to expensive for 1 card imo even if its a cosplay one, so I didnt buy it because of that, simpel as that. I still prefer the old pricing aswell but I'm not gonna whine about that. 16 credits is a good price imo and the maximum price I want to pay (Unless its a really special card like the one with the 4 models in 1 card). So I surely hope it wont get more expensive in the future.

Indeed, I don't want previews ***** on me either. Please add the option to prevent this happening and release another update asap. I just installed the new client and it started downloading shows I have no interest in buying as previews.

I won't be installing this new version on my notebook and will stick with the previous iStripper build until it is rectified. The HDD space is not an issue as such, it just irks me the lack of choice in the matter.

@Kruxt, Orclover's theory doesn't take into account that many peeps may have bought this and any other controversial card, just in order to find out what all the ruckass was about..lol...quite apart from the sex. And they would have thought of this..so @Team can't truely expect first sales gives an accurate guide to iStripper use in popularity of the meme generally anyway . However, by using memes it certainly may open up their push more into social media, fresh customers & thats good :-)

The way I see it, I could spend $12 to watch the movie ***** Squad (just the ticket alone, not including price for food and drinks) which has no nude scenes with Harley Quinn and which will last 2 hours and it's over. Or I could pay 26 credits (about $2.50) and get to see Harley Quinn dancing with her ass and titties out, for life. Which one has the better entertainment value here?
The only valid argument I see here is the members who purchased without looking at the price, thinking it would cost the same as all other cards. Maybe Totem should put a pop-up or something alerting the buyer that this card will cost more credits than usual.
​I'm glad they finally listened to our call for more variety, in this case the costume and the make-up. I know some members don't care for it and would prefer the same old boring swimsuit/nurse outfits, but personally I'll gladly pay a little extra if it means this special outfit/cosplay trend continues.

I think the slap is that many people bought the card without noticing the price till after the fact, I would have never noticed if I had not been reading the comments. There is no designation of any sort that would tell me that this card is a premium card and different from all the others.

The card is a great card - but when you compare it with the norm, it feels awfully short at 29 min, I mean this is supposed to be a special card ... we like to see that reflected in what we get as a customer. Throw in a few extra photos, I liked Harshies idea of more prop shot poses rather then the standard run off. Just something a little more then your regular card can go a long way towards it's value. An excluse bonus video with that outfit. I would have liked to have had the option for more xxx content with that outfit, would have been amazing. More effort is going into the production, let us see a little more effort in the release too.

Just a little extra love would go a long way :)

The bottom line is, this should have felt more like a celebrated event, Totem did a great job preparing for a release like this in time for the Harley Quinn madness. Instead we got this weird quagmire of feelings among the customer base, sorry haha.

Hopefully all this can be constructive for future releases, we want cool stuff in the vein of this card, we will pay extra for it - just paint it in shiny colors or call it premium or something to show us it's different.

Indeed there is too much speculation.

My own statement above was merely a clarification of some of what Kaiju explained earlier on in the thread, I have no reason to think there is some sort of hidden agenda by Totem or anything at all other than what was explained by Kaiju.

The price is what it is. If a member wants the card, then buy it and pay. If a member doesn't want the card, then don't buy it and don't pay. It really is that simple. - Noone is ***** anyone to buy a card a person doesn't want!

I think is for a moderator to tell a member to cease and desist ;)

as for creating a bad atmosphere I think Totem are responsible for that by upping the prices, and customers will ***** and hypothosize about these sudden changes, it is human nature.

I have no clue about Totem's agenda. Speculation on that is a worthless waste of time. We can ask for things, suggest things and the Team usually listen.

So Totem made a mistake in dropping the discounts? And sales have dropped? Erm... You know this speculated fact, HOW?

As far as I know, NONE of us regular members are privy to Totem's exact business figures. Certainly not the recent ones anyway.

I have my own ideas about where Totem is trying to take this but I'm certainly not going to publicise them in this way. My ideas could be and probably are WRONG!
