Totem have a business to run. A bit like a restaurant where everyone wants a different dish.

I was just looking through the files, and thought there were a few updates and duplicates that might ***** members wanting to download a shared scene.
So I thought if there were any old, not needed files, I'd remove them is all..

@EverthangForever : Na, not at all. I'm talking 'bout this defect present in I think approximately half of the cards that went out since 2015 (and that has, no doubt about it, lessen sales on the concerned ones, even if I seemingly keep being the only "follower" noticing them in my comments - when I'm commenting -.)

I disagree with "this is not a competition"...I mean if you have that kind of attitude...how can you ever improve??? Just saiyan...

A driver issue...say what!? lol but yeah what the F is going on??? I hope all these flaws or whatever are just temporary...I don't have any of those cards mentioned above...not because of the what was mentioned but because I simply just did not buy them...

I guess they won't tell us what exactly they mean by "technical difficulties"...so I'm back to what the F is going on??? :P

This is neither the final answer nor a complete answer, but there are some questions you probably need to answer. If you have a Mac (I don't think you do), I can help you with details. If you are running on Windows, Wyldanimal is you best source of correct information.

Here are some questions you should answer:

1. What operating system are you running iStripper on?
2. What version of iStripper were you running and what version do you wish to run now?
3. Are your old models and data folders undamaged?
4. Are your models and data folders in the default location or did you move them?
5. Do you know your user password? (Don't provide the password here, just determine that you have it.) If you don't have your password you will need to contact Totem support to reset it.

So long as you have your password, you have lost nothing. At the worst you can download them all for free from Totem's web site by rebuilding your collection. However, you may be able to save some time by simply pointing iStripper to your existing folders.

If you are running on Windows you may have to do something with the registry and I'm not a Windows person. For the Mac you may needed to rebuild of patch the Totem preferences file and I can help you with that.

A common problem that people have when reinstalling iStripper after a crash is that they accidentally create a new account rather than signing on to the existing account where their current card collection is recorded. If this happens, it is easy to fix, but don't buy any new cards until you are sure you are signed-on to your original account.

How do you do this?

Some online tech support ran a registry cleaner and other debugging software, and now iStripper won't run. The executable is on my drive, but something is keeping it from running, and I think it's my registry, but don' know.

I need to know how to reinstall istripper and keep my dancers. I have 15, and I am not willing to lose them.

Please help if you can, but PLEASE do not guess. I need the right answer, not guesses

Space Phantom is a perfect example of a good reviewer that made totem a ton of money with pretty objective and consistent reviews. My tastes were different than his but I still found his reviews very useful. Before I found phantoms reviews I had 8 cards, after I finish reading through his site, I had 1200. I stilll can't believe how many people are ***** about a service that would make istripper a much stronger product, it would provide some accountibilty to the company outside of bankruptcy, and would give more information to new buyers, and those nervous about spending money on cards. I wouldn't want to do reviews because I don't want to buy all the cards, and only have about 30% of those available, but there are plenty of triple diamonds who would do short and objective reviews and they should recieve the cards for free. Like I said in the first post, Totem may be nervous about the skill level of their girls, and have decided that harsh or honest reviews might put pressure on them to pay more for better performers. It is what it is, but more information about a service never ***** a customer, seems strange that customers are resistant to this.

Hit the jackpot! Ten cards + 10 free. And only two cards that I would not have bought for myself. So feeling pretty good about this promo.

Well, against my better (pun?) nature, I fell for this week's lucky dip.
I was quite lucky. I got 10 shows for 150 credits, plus 8 free.
That is nearly 50% reduction, so I ought to feel really good.
Unfortunately, very few of the shows would I have chosen if they were individually advertised at half price. Matbe 6 out of 18.
Also included were several girls who I personally do not find very attractive. That is always going to happen, because those are the shows I have NOT bought voluntarily - whereas the girls that drive me crazy with lust are already fully represented in my collection.

So that is it. A gamble! Partial win.
