That surely counts, but my point is that if there were, say, one or two hundred thousands of users looking for specials here, my guess is that even the most repeated card would be selling like beers in a baseball game. When the cards linger that much on sale, it means that a good percentage of the regular crowd already have them or don't want them.
If this Jenni's card has been five times on special, it means that only 2000 cards have been sold to date with this system, and with each new round it takes more time to gather enough users to deplete the stocks.
