2) Will Totem still show that I own her there for I won't see her in the Package Deals.

yes and yes she will still be in your collection!
The check for updates should at least download her card picture so she is available in you collection dialog to download by pressing the download her now button

Make sure to use the "Delete Her From Disk" button on the "My Collection" tab. If you just delete the her folder from the models folder and have auto download full shows checked the program will start downloading it again.

@eagletsi111, please never...never delete a Duo card, that would be as if you buy strawberries with cream and then flush away the whipping cream...:P
