Do we have the option to go back to the previous version ? I hope so, but I'm afraid we are stuck to this version.

Like the Many version updates from the past, Once a threshold has been crossed, there is no easy way back..

going from 1.2.x.x back to 1.1.x.x was not easily possible
going from 2.x.x.x back to 1.x.x.x also is not easily possible
going from 2.1.x.x back to 2.0.x.x also in not easily possible

The current Stable release is 2.1.x.x
the Current Beta and experimental are 2.2.x.x
you can easily switch from the Stable to Beta, to the Experimental and back using the Advance Settings.

To go further back, it is not easy, and there is no longer support offered on previous versions.
If you decide to do so, then you take the risks of doing so on to yourself.

I confess, I am also not happy with the new version, but I do not want to start ***** here. To much chichi IMHO.
