i had an error with a download with a girl and now she wont strip fully, so my question is: can i delete the girl and download her again without paying again?

Yes, you can.

I had a somewhat different problem.

I had a girl fully downloaded and playing. But I was stupid to move any of the files to a different folder. When I did that (after the second time), I lost everything but one animation (the first one that I moved, and then replaced after seeing what it was).

Nothing else would play.

I asked about this.

I was told that I could delete the girl and then download her again.

THAT WORKED!!!!!

Try deleting your girl (card) from disk (click "delete her from disk" in the application, under the "My Collections" tab). Do not manually delete the files.

Then, click "download her now" under the "My Collections" tab.

Your girl should be available within a minute or so, unless the earlier download was never completed. Mine finished in less than thirty seconds because she was still on my computer. I only needed to get the application to recognize that fact.

If the download never finished, then you may need to restart the download.

Do the same as I suggested (not sure if that will work). If it works (and I believe it will), then you will have your girl (card) again. It will take much longer. The amount of time will depend on your download speed.
