Hello,
i want to cancel my subscription for the moment and it dont work.
I clicked on "cancel subscription" in my account, and it forwared me to the webbilling page. there i have to insert "secure pin" and "transaction id", but i even dont know one of them.

can someone help me, where i can find these?

BTW... if i click "user support" it asks me for my bank details, and when i insert it, it says: "nothing found with your data"

when you signed up you should have received an E-mail from the Biller you used.
Locate that e-mail and get your details from there.

Totem does not handle the billing, and therefore can not cancel your subscription.
This must be done with the biller you used.

If you don't have the e-mail then the biller
should have a customer support website that you can use to contact them.
They will be able to help you find your details so you can cancel it.

You will need to know some of the information.
What E-mail address you used.
What credit card you used.

Hello,
yes it worked fine.
They answered on my first email, that they are not able to cancel it, and that i have to write to virtualgirl support.
i wrote back a more angry mail, that they are the ones which have my kredit details and they answered again within a few hours, that my subscription is canceled now.
Maybe the first email wrote a trainee :D
