If you want the really explicit stuff (beyond what Totem Entertainment calls explicit), then Sharka Blue is your choice.

Sharka Blue only has three outfits (cards) at the moment. Though I have not downloaded any of her cards (not pretty enough), I have been told that all of her cards feature the only real explicitness on this site (so far).

I had recently heard that others may be added soon with some explicitness (someone at Totem here mentioned the word 'finger').

Axelle Parker, Jana H, Vicky S, are all explicit by the web sites definition of that word, but nothing compared to Sharka Blue (from what I heard).
