It's not that I find value in those threads, but I guess they felt they were exercising the same posting rights you are talking about. I'm pretty sure also that the complainers are convinced they are not a "pointless minority" and "*****" may be a bit strong. Some members just don't like polls.

I agree that people with complaints should have dealt with it directly. I had some issues and expressed them directly in your threads. I think you dealt with it well and I'm glad you kept doing what you're doing. I don't believe I called on anyone to stop posting or for any kind of censorship. That's out of line and particularly unseemly when it comes from people who constantly post on their own obsessions.

Regarding obsession, anyone who does 20-30 polls in a short amount of time and decides to put every virtuagirl in a creative competition may not be obsessed, but is certainly highly enthusiastic. There is nothing wrong with that.

Agreed that the Morgane vote looks *****. She won by 3x in the comment votes, but lost by 25 in the poll. Reminds me of how Alizee and Zoe won and then got nearly no votes in the next round.

And Shabba and Suzie Q among the leaders in another poll? I guess Totem is way off-base going for more explicit content. What they really should be doing is focusing on acrobatic pole dancing. LOL

And by my count Zuzana topped Denise K, but what the heck, neither are really the top girls here.

Hmm, I don't know. Perhaps it was rigged later on when Lucky was winning by a landslide (which is hard to believe), but when I first put the poll up Morgane was ahead but not by that much. Then Lucky took the lead and never looked back. I was shocked too. I doubt the majority of people actually voted for the best routine and not their preferred girl. I may put Morgane back in and pit her against Aria Giovanni and see what happens.

As for comment-only vote, I doubt people will participate. Some have a hard enough time using the poll because there is no "other" or "see results" options. And of course, you have those who want to see but don't want to participate at all. I may do a test run with the comment-only vote to see how many participate. The vote and comment-vote garners about 20 or so comment votes at best. And that's if the title "Miss ---" is attractive enough. Miss Sex Symbol was the highest viewed I think.

I was happy to see the polls coming... these forums are usually quite blah and uninteresting.... so kudos to the maker, and the time he puts into making them...

honestly i think totem needs to make a Polls thread group... simply because even before the playoff threads there was always a bazillion polls coming through.... that way they would be contained ...

Ambler - Silver is still in. Ting sadly lost thus proving my point that she IS underrated. At least, to me. You should read those nasty comments in her reviews. One person claimed she has some sort of disease or something. And like I said, she's a mover and is cute - I don't understand why her ratings aren't higher.

When I closed the Miss Sex Symbol poll, it was Denisa K 18, Zuzana 17 or something like that. Of course, Zuzana would beat Denisa K but ha, thank goodness for two day voting and apathy.

@Severin24: thats probably the same kind of users that ***** about Walleria in their reviews because she has as ***** Honestly who looks at the stomach of such a hot woman. I have my eyes on higher or lower parts of her body. :-)

Silver still in this? That would be hilarious if she made it to the final. Not that her cards are really bad, but people tend to ***** her as much as Ting or some of the others. I expect Ting's final card to lead to the usual chorus of complaints, but really these girls along with Shabba get penalized for being offbeat.

I think Severin24 is right that a non-poll with just comments would severely limit participation. On the other hand, it would prevent ***** or active undermining of the results. I don't know what the best approach is. Maybe give triple weighting to comment votes? Anyway, the best thing is that they stay humorous.

Walleria has a *****? I don't think I noticed that. In terms of eroticism I rate her up there with Morgane. Black Mamba and Santo Domingo are great cards I think.

Her appendix has been removed so she has a ***** from that operation.

Don't like the idea of putting Morgane back in. There's no way to be sure whether the results were manipulated or not, since there was no obvious jump in vote numbers as was the case with Alizee and Zoe in the previous round. Simply judged on the routines I think Lucky deserved to win that one anyway, and the right girl got through. If you decide to start putting girls back in despite them failing to qualify according to your own rules, you might as well just tell us who the winner is now and forget the voting.

I concur. I can't figure out how someone managed to vote many times for the same girl, but you got to expect that was a unique issue. I propose that if the same girl or another is impulsed again the same way, disqualify her an that's it.

@Ambler & Starryk - I honestly ***** when people mention crap like that. I don't even read reviews anymore. I considered buying a second Ariel card (which I did), but because I read some person mentioning her ***** on her leg, that was all I could think about when watching her cards! For Bijou, some people could only talk about the ***** on her butt cheek. Ting's three moles above her snatch. lol, I even remember reading Manon reviews. Ambler's review was objective and decent as was Spacephantom's but another guy said she had the beginning of a hunch in her back. Some reviewers are mean.

For Walleria, I don't give a hoot about her *****. She is a personal favorite of mine.

And the winner is...???? Only the Amazing Kreskin knows.

There was definitely ***** through the use of multiple accounts in some of the polls. Now, I don't know if Lucky truly beat Morgane or not. I checked that poll at one point and Morgane was slightly ahead at something like 50-45. Then Lucky jumped quickly by at least 20 votes.

I just think it's weird that very few of the Lucky voters, just like with Zoe and Alizee, were motivated to post in the thread. On the other hand, Morgane vs Lucky really = Morgane vs. Lucky + the Anti-Morgane contingent + people who want to subvert the results. Thus, it's not all that surprising that she lost.

Edit added: the reviews are mostly a dog & pony show. Reviewers focus almost exclusively on looks. Performance comes last for most people. Unfortunate, yes, but that's the way it is.

@Ambler - ***** perhaps, but not necessarily using multiple accounts. There's no way vote numbers could rise by about 50 in 2 minutes (as was the case with Alizee's 1st round vote) where a user is logging off and back on again repeatedly. I think I have an idea of how it might have been done with a single account, but won't discuss it in the open forum to avoid encouraging it (pm me if you want to know and promise not to do it).

Also ***** can go both ways. In fact, I would have thought multiple votes would be more likely to be cast for Morgane than for Lucky and that's the only reason I'm surprised she didn't win.
