I think that you may be misunderstanding the purpose of offering discounts and their effects on those of us such as you and I that have very large collections.

As I see it the purpose of offering a discount, by any normal business, is to encourage their customers to buy, or rather to spend, more than they otherwise would (or to do so earlier than they otherwise would).

However, if we already have over 4500 cards, as both of us do, then we are already essentially buying every card as it is released or shortly thereafter. Increasing the discount even to 90% or more will not have any noticable effect on our buying habits and would only decrease Totem's income from us.

I had also the thought that it could refer to corona in general, but that was not clearly stated.

I doubt very much if the quote was referring in any way to the choice of models, just to the more general aspects of life this year. The use of the word "admit" may be leading to some misundertanding, but I ascribe its use as arising from the comment having been made by a non-native speaker of English.

An overwiew of the lockdown models in 2020 so far and a remark.
1. Camille Wallace
A Dutchman wrote in a comment he didn’t like her face. Camille’s face is very expressive and her Secretary card is one of the best striptease shows of this year; striptease like it’s meant to be with great facial expressions! Underrated.
2. Eva Colombus
People ***** about her very small breasts. Eva has a very beautiful face and has a great body, when one looks further than just the breasts. I liked her shows and have bought all her six cards. Has a fair rating.
3. Kitana Lure
Enhanced breasts. Great performer, but enhanced breasts too distracting. Only one card. Has a fair rating.
4. Takha
Diastema. Typical for countries with low standard of living; no good health insurance for everyone. Her body is well proportioned, but some ***** about small breasts. She moves very well. I like her. Underrated.
5. Verona Sky
Her face is not easy on the eye and the two sleeves (tattoo world jargon) on her arm are distracting. When you want something else than just a sweet, bright smiling model, than one can like her. Her shows are okay and the Explicit clips are of high level. She’s a pornstar. Very much underrated.
6. Polly Pons
Many tattoo’s. Not my type. Won’t buy shows of her. Fair rating.
7. Melody Clark
Short hair à la Zizi Jeanmaire. Not everybody likes short hair, but she looks good (also with the black hair wig, not the orange one). Her shows are good, but a bit underrated.
8. Irina Gubeva
Doesn’t show pussy. Very beautiful model and good shows. Should learn to use the Hand in a more creative way. Very much underrated.
9. Stella
Many tattoo’s. For several reasons not 100% my type. The rating of her cards is fair according to the previews. Maybe I buy later depending on her outfit one or more cards of her.
10. Jade
She misses dance skills. I saw that in the previews and later read in the comments. No cards of her at this moment. She looks good. Will not buy many cards of her.
11. Celia Clay
Enhanced breasts and pussy shy. Maybe I buy a card of her later with an outfit I really like.
12. Valentina
Hairy also on the lips. Breasts not 100% firm. In the preview she shows her skills. I will buy shows of her despite the bush on the lips.
13. Clara Rene
Shows not much pussy. Very beautiful and great performer.

During the corona-lockdown iStripper/Totem turned out to have an extensive network of contacts. Thus we did get models, which we otherwise shouldn’t have seen. There was something to criticize about every model, but were their shows of less quality less than those of Nici or Agatha Vega? As far as I can judge only Jade is less. And were they less beautiful???

@JonnBGood - for a while I also had this super small font versioin on 1.2.264 - in my case it was after the team linked onto my machine to investigate and fix the synchronisation issue.

It suddenly all went back to normal when I simply re-installed 1.2.264 (or 1.2.266). Have you tried a re-install?

I agree with JayZ above. I don't think there will be any further benefit to bing a veteran member, instead I'd sooner see something like a premium plus with a different set of benefits.The veterancy levels are good for the customers, but not necessarily bring anything to the company.
I too agree with @JayZ971 and @Alkasyn. I have just recently moved into triple diamond status and I can safely say the extra 5% discount has not made a jot of difference to my buying habits. I am grateful for the extra saving but I'm not going to rush out and buy cards I don't necessarily want just because I will get an extra 1 credit off the price.

It's also worth understanding how the discounts came about historically.

At some point way back when, there was a 100% (If I recal correctly) increase in the price of a single card (might have been when we moved to this iteration of the software that allows us to ***** girls around etc., I can't really remember but it'd make sense).

I think that happened at the same time where your credit balance was multiplied by 10, as was the price of a card (so if you had 10 credits you now had 100, but with the same purchasing power).

The price of a card before the change used to be 2 credits, I think(?), so that'd translate to 20 credits today, but since by then the prices had been kept at the same level for a long, long time, the price for a single card was justifiably increased. The loyalty bonus was introduced to soften the blow to veterans who were used to a different pricing structure.

I see no reason why it should be retroactive - you don't go to a shop and say that because they now have some special offer on new putchases that you should get a refund for something you bought last week, or last year. Anyway, I doubt that the idea will be used.

I became a 3diamond last night! Purely reached it by the shows I wanted, not by the status. The new discount is greatly appreciated, and I thank iStripper for acknowledging my patronage and loyalty with a further discount.
But as a new member I will never buy all 4500+ shows because the quality of the shows under 3k look terrible on my screen. So my next 500 shows will take a very long time, and I think Totem understand this and have structured it that way on purpose.
My incentive to purchase more shows is driven by the quality of the performer in the new shows and the quality of the show, not driven to have as many shows as I can get on my hardrive lol. Achievements have never been an incentive for me.

I agree with @pantalone. One possible alternative to a higher discount would be to offer a free card for every fifty or hundred or so cards bought. This is in some ways equvalent to a very small extra discount but without what might seem to many to be "only a stingy 1 or 2 percent" if it were done as a fixed extra discount. It would give the customers a regular incentive to buy a few more cards to "get one free" each time they got close to a threshold.

I use Instant-Gaming, but the problem with these sites is that they normally don't sell adult games.You can't find VR Paradise on these sites.

In this case, Google often helps ...
Enter "GameName Steam Key" and work on the search results ... that's how I do it and 99% of the time I find the games I'm looking for ...

Maybe when they produce a new product line, as they did with VR, they'll need an incentive. Perhaps they'll do something, if they see attrition in the number of people buying every card. Otherwise a further discount would just reduce value of an important part of their income.

Quand je vois les spécifications de ton PC, cela devrait passer comme une lettre à la poste pour utiliser la VR.
Pour faire fonctionner le Rift S sur PC, il est necessaire d'installer le logiciel Oculus.
Depuis son passage en version 18.0 (actuellement on en est à la 19.0), les casques rencontrent des problèmes avec les ports USB 3 internes des PC.
Pourquoi cela n'a t'il pas été corrigé ?

Il semble qu'Oculus n'ai pas encore trouvé d'où vient le problème.
La seule carte PCI Express que tu as dans ton PC est ta carte graphique.
Généralement, une carte PCI Express rajoutant des ports USB est en option.
Je joins à mon message, deux photos, une d'une carte PCI Express avec ports USB supplémentaires et l'autres les spécifications minimum et recommandées pour l'utilisation de la VR.

Pour les casques VR qui necessitent un PC pour fonctionner il y a l'Occulus Rift S et celui de HTC Vive.

Ils demandent tous les deux d'avoir minimun un intel Core i5 4590 ou un Ryzen 5 et au minimum une GTX 970 ou AMD Radeon RX 470 pour fonctionner correctement (sachant que pour ma part j'utilise un i7 3770 et une GTX 1660 et que ça tourne vraiment à l'aise).

Pour la connectique, avec l'oculus, il faut un port USB 3 type A et un port DsisplayPort 1.2 pour qu'il fonctionne.
Pour le HTC Vive, il faut un port USB 3 type C et un port DisplayPort 1.2 pour fonctionner.

Avec le Rift S, il y en effet un problème de port USB qui empêche le casque de fonctionner correctement qui serait dû non pas au casque mais au logiciel Oculus.
Ce problème concerne aussi bien les possesseurs de PC récents que plus anciens (comme moi qui possède une carte mère P8-P67).
Je l'ai résolu (comme d'autres utilisateurs) en achetant une carte PCI-Express 4x équipé d'un port USB 3.1 type A et type C qui m'a coûté 29,99€.

L'avantage à utiliser un casque VR necessitant un PC, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de stockage interne puisque tu utilises le stockage de ton PC (SSD ou HDD), de ce fait tu visionnes et joues à ce que tu veux.
L'inconvénient c'est qu'il lui faut un câble pour fonctionner d'une longueur de 3m ce qui est largement suffisant par défaut mais plus d'une fois il m'arrive de m'y prendre les pieds dedans alors qu'avec les casques VR necessitant juste un smartphone, c'est sans fil.

En espérant vous avoir aidé...

Les casques VR n'ayant besoin que d'un smartphone compatible pour fonctionner ne demandent pas de minimum pour fonctionner.

Ils sont les moins chers suivant la mémoire embarquée (32, 64 ou 128 Go) et on peut aussi bien regarder une vidéo ou jouer qu'avec les autres mais avec une résolution moindre.

Pour les utiliser, il faut une connexion wifi et une apps à installer sur le smartphone pour configurer le casque.
Ensuite, tu utilises Steam ou une autre plateforme tels que le Google Store ou l'Apple Store ou un site web lorsque le contenu est hot.

Ils sont recommandés si tu t'intéresses principalement au visionnage de vidéos et films et aux apps et jeux légers à cause de la mémoire embarquée des casques qui peut arriver à saturation très vite.
Une vidéo hot pèse en moyenne 1.7 Go, une apps comme Google Earth VR, c'est environ 4 Go d'espace disque dur alors que VR Paradise, c'est 28 Go en moins, un jeu comme Dirt rallye c'est 40 Go en moins.

@ComteDracula, je vais poster plusieurs messages (3 devrait suffire) pour t'aider à passer éventuellement à la VR et pour ne pas t'embrouiller les pinceaux.

Il existe deux types de casques VR.

Ceux dont tu n'as pas besoin d'un PC pour les utiliser et ceux requérant obligatoirement un PC.
Tu choisis l'un ou l'autre en fonction de ton budget mais aussi en fonction de ce que tu vas faire avec : vidéo, films, apllicatif léger ou lourd, jeux vidéos.

Moi, j'ai choisi le Rift S parce que les autres modèles ne demandaient qu'un smartphone compatible (IOS et android) et que je n'ai qu'un vieux smartphone avec Windows 10 mobile qui me suffit amplement dans ma vie quotidienne.

Dommage que la VR ne soit pas ton truc mais ça c'est parce que tu n'en as jamais eu un sur la tête.
une fois que tu as goûté à la VR, c'est difficile de revenir en arrière tellement c'est bluffant de réalisme.
Il a y a peu, je ne voulais pas en entendre parler et j'ai décidé de sauter le pas par curiosité.
Je ne suis pas déçu puisque la VR te permet de faire des choses impossibles à faire dans le réel et de les ressentir réellement.
Dans la vie réelle, tu ne me feras jamais monter sur la dernière marche d'un escabeau étant sujet au vertige.
Dans le monde virtuel, je me suis retrouvé sur le balcon d'un gratte-ciel avec le vide en-dessous de moi.
Ma première réaction a été de reculer et de chercher à m'agripper à quelque chose avec l'une de mes mains tellement j'avais peur de tomber tellement c'est réaliste.
Je te souhaite à toi comme à beaucoup d'autres de franchir le pas avec la VR parce que c'est une expérience réellement gratifiante et enrichissante 😎

Overall the product is much better than is was before 2015...I can't even watch the A series cards anymore because the girls are so akward and there are so few decent performers. The move to istripper brought in great talent like Viola, Lucy Li, Nekane and then the American studio brought in some professional vegas strippers. Since then the talent has been hit or miss but at least it is well directed and the producers attempt to get the girls to try to use the pole and some special moves. Agatha Vega is a perfect example of a girl who went from a noob in her first show, to one of the best performers in her last. I think we need to give istripper a pass for 2020 because the pandemic really limited recruitment and I feel they need to get shows done before another lockdown of Paris, should that come in the fall/winter. I am happy to see them try some Parisian nude art models, and to be honest, if any of them pan out, they will probably be the girl of the year. We'll just have to see.

I'm by no means an expert, so these aren't the most "professional" scenes out there. Maybe someone will enjoy them anyways :)

As I said, I have been playing around with these for quite a long time now, so I have a BUNCH that I will be posting the next few days/weeks. Expect another post tomorrow.

1 girl table (with 3 different levels of zoom in the scene)

2 girls standing/pole and 1 girl table

3 girls on pole and 2 girls on table
4 girls standing and 2 girls table
3 girls pole (zoomed in)

There would be no need to say this if it only related to the pandemic, because every persons life has been effected by the pandemic in a negative way. What is up for debate is whether the quality of shows has been effected, and this is an admittance. Add in the fact that they are nearly finished with shooting for the year, and he uses past tense, and the reality that this last month was basically an advent calendar, in order to improve sales of mostly partial cards, whether partial nudity, partial talent, partial beauty. I hope the company makes it through the year and into the vaccine season. I imagine 2021 will be a really great year.
