I've gotten confortable only buying the cards I really want as opposed to buying all the cards that I like. My collection feels more currated recently and I appreciate what I have more.

And I've discoved shows in my collection that I don't think I ever got around to viewing before which has been a nice surprise!

I feel like we are indeed in the same boat niche-wise, so to speak. Older members who buy selectively and keep spending less. I think that's a natural retention issue that the software is facing - new users like Stantson above seem to be over the moon with the state of things, so maybe we're statistically insignificant and thus overlooked.

Very good post with Yelena and Melisa. I love how Yelena has one set of her little piggies practically touching the camera lens. Melisa has her feet in The Pose and then there are two pics of the legs airborne. The feet are missing, but Ahh, that shaven p*ssy for all to see.

BTW, do you remember which cards these were. Melisa's Late Night Swim was the very first card I downloaded when I joined four years ago this month. I just checked and those pics are not from that card, but I now have all of hers except for a couple of older medium resolution ones.

Almost all Medium Quality, and some Standard Quality wouldn't play for me. My setup is openSUSE Tumbleweed and at time of writing wine 6.5 using a 64-BIT wine prefix set to Windows 7.

I solved the problem by first doing:

WINEPREFIX=/path/to/my/prefix winetricks -q wmp11

Then installing the media foundation dlls by following the steps in this git repo https://github.com/z0z0z/mf-install

Now all my cards play

C'est généralement le cas avec ce genre de promo "Free Packs", on acquiert des cartes que l'on ne souhaite pas. Et lorsqu'on termine le prix moyen a tendance à diminuer puisque les ristournes sont plus élevées et dans ce cas ci les cartes gratuites sont plus nombreuses.
C'est votre choix et il est compréhensible aussi.
Pourrions nous dire que le fait que certaines cartes de nos wishlists soient présentes au début du jeu serait en quelque sorte un "appel d'offres" en langage commercial?

This is generally the case with this kind of "Free Packs" promo, you acquire cards that you do not want. And when you finish the average price tends to decrease since the discounts are higher and in this case the free cards are more numerous.
It's your choice and it's understandable too.
Could we say that the fact that some cards from our wishlists are present at the start of the game would be a sort of "tender" in commercial language?

J'ai même hésité à jouer la 2e série car j'ai vu que le nombre de cartes de la wishlist était descendu à une dès le tirage n°5. J'espérais obtenir au moins quelques cartes de la wishlist parmi les suivantes et le tirage 8 (cartes gratuites), mais ça s'est avéré inutile.
Pour ma part, il n'y a aucune raison de continuer, car je vais me retrouver à acheter des cartes dont je ne veux pas.

@Wrightsayswow you're probably right, the results may vary from one member to another, but I still think the system works this way: the cheaper it gets, the less wishlisted cards are included.

We definitely cannot make any judgement of what every user of iStripper wants, but we can see what the general opinion is even from the small sample of people who are visiting the forum. Statistic is powerful in that you can gain pretty solid image of what users want from a small sample of them.

It is not a secret Cashback offer won in some former survey to be the best promotion on iStripper, but still we are not seeing it anymore. I don't think the reason is that nobody wants it here.

@arise77 you're right 1500 credits on 25 game got me 3 additional gift cards (just wish they were jokers). Some of the "unwanted" you will find you are quite happy to keep - I did. Re "at least now we know" I'm not sure we do - our plays are just random examples - others will have done better and others worse is my guess.

So I finally gave it a try and here are my results.
I went through the 1st 8 sets to reach the 2nd round of free cards and spent a bit more than 185 credits for 21 cards including

• 3 virtuagirl 720p cards
• 4 deskbabes 720p cards
• 10 IS cards (7 wishlisted)
• 4 ISx cards (1 wishlisted)

10 cards I'm interested in, and 11 I wouldn't have bought.

2 wishlisted cards in the 1st set, 2 in the 2nd, 1 in the 3rd, Free card selected from wishlist.
1 wishlisted card in the 5th, 1 in the 6th, none in the 7th, then none selected from wishlist in the 2 free cards.

As a whole, it's not a bad deal because that's around 8.8 credits per card on average. But as you can see the number of wishlisted cards decreases in the second round (only 2 out of 11). If you don't mind all the random cards, it's worth it. But if you're mainly looking for wishlisted cards, this promo is not for you. At least now we know.

I haven't had time since Sunday to post an update on this topic.

just the 80 plays on the 25 game times 15 credits each go which is 1200 credits. That has given mean the two and a third gift cards from the progress bar. Hope that makes sense now.

@Wrightsayswow yes that makes sense, thanks again. I confirm it probably takes around 500 credits to fill in the bar.

@Philours bien vu ! Effectivement, cela doit prendre environ 500 crédits pour remplir la barre. J'ai dépensé environ 185 crédits et j'en suis à un tiers, peut-être un peu plus.

@TheEmu @Alkasyn @TallandSlimMan I confirm this offer includes cards from your wishlist (the only one I noticed). I had about 30 cards on my wishlist at the start of the promo out of over 1,700 available in the store; so to have 2 wishlisted cards out of 3 it's virtually impossible unless they are selected.
You can't change what has already been drawn, but you can add cards to you wishlist and this will affect your next draws. I added some cards to my wishlist, following Philours' advice, and these 2 showed up one or two draws later.
But then the number of wishlisted cards vary in each set, and decrease the further you go.
I'll publish the details of my results in a minute.

The business will know I guess and we never will. Often wondered how many accounts there are?

I'd like to chime in on the issue - I also think the Cashback was the best sale and I was eagerly looking forward to each Friday, hoping that this might be "it'. Since they retired that promo I don't participate in the promotions as they are indeed gambling. Due to me only wanting a dozen or so cards from the store, nearly every outcoem of the gambling game will be a disappointment. I've also ***** at least 1500 credits on gambling games over the years, but my last reload, since I've made the conscious decision not to particiapte in games of chance, has lasted me over6 months and counting (I'm not even halfway through the credits bought).

Which in the end, is a net positive for me, as I spend less, rediscover older cards (some of them really itneresting, maybe my tastes have changed a bit) and wait for the company to wake up from it's COVID slumber.

It seems like almost everyone wants the Cashback offer back, but at the same time probably too many people are spending hundreds or thousands of credits on the gambling games and special event cards. These are easy money for iStripper and that's why we probably didn't see a proper sale for a long time.

Yes, you're right, it doesn't change the card, they are sourced from your list when the promo starts and nothing you do can influence that afterwards.
