I further testify that when I could no longer view said content I asked for, and received a refund from Totem

I´m a memeber sice February 2008. I testify that Totem Entertainment removed and made unavailable to customers all the material concern to the model named Camilla from their site. We, the customers wore informed of a legal procedure. All this content remains unavailable even to those that once had the material related to this model.

In the present time,all her content(Camilla`s content) is still removed from any Totem site.

You're getting carried away, Alerte. Totem is required to remove their own stuff and anything they once had related to this model; the users are not required to do anything. What users post is a part of a little something called: freedom of speech.

There's not a single request from Totem to remove anything posted by the users regarding this and happens that this is a private forum. Whether she likes it or not, she went public on the web once, as many other models now regreting their past and their image is still everywhere. She can ask common people not making a profit with her pictures, very nicely, to remove them if she wanted to do so, but not one of the users are obligated at all to comply.

If Totem rules out any image or mention to this particular model, they will instruct the mods to do so specifically and discourage the membership to stop posting about it. As long as it is not the case, is pointless to hunt for stuff nobody asked about.

I can vouch for this. They took her off and her pictures. However... I'm not sure if other people's websites made that promote VGHD will help you. I have seen some out there that still have her pics associated with you. I would post links but I do not want to get anyone in trouble. Just do a google search for Camilla VGHD.

I never had one of her cards, but when all this legal issues started, it got my interest. I can attest that could not find any traces of her. Except the conversations here in the Forum. No pictures or videos.

I can Attest that on June 22, 2011. Totem removed Access to All of Camilla's Content from The Websites they are managing.

Further I can also attest to the ramifications from Existing Members who had previously purchased the Content Prior to the legal action, they have Sought out and Demanded a Refund from Totem, due to the Content not being available for re-download.

I can also testify that the cards were promptly removed in June 2011 and there's actually a topic on the forum which support this. Rex also posted on this topic June 23 2011 saying the cards were removed due to a lawsuit:

i think the best are you place several ticket and your girlfriend choose the model. the product of Totem have 3 sites. Virtuagirl, Deskbabe, and VirtuaGuy.

As a moderator of this forum, I can personally atest that Totem did remove access to the images and removed the right to download the cards for all who had not previously purchased this,

I am also aware of the all the complaints that Totem received for doing from members who had already purchased the cards.

I am also personally aware of members who have asked for and received refunds because of these actions by Totem to comply with the Court ruling.

I am fully prepared for this post or any other documentation that is requested for Totem to use to defend this action.

I'd say let them show if there's images/videos on your site, I know I didn't find any since you removed them.

I think you're probably right on all counts, Mem84. With almost half the votes going to 1 girl, the rest of the votes are quite scattered and the totals low. Maybe future voters who choose Melisa could post her picture and cast their vote for their 2nd choice?

Here's what the numbers say -

Poll#1 avg 3.8 posts per day, with 105 views.
Poll#2 avg 4.1 posts per day, with 103 views.
Poll#3 avg 4.0 posts per day, with 151 views.

Of course there is an early rush of votes and views, but #3 seems to be well within the parameters of your 1st couple of polls.

I was around in 2011. That when it first came to light that Camilla no longer wanted her images and videos to be shown on Virtuagirls you promtly removed them from the site and made it so her cards could no longer be
purchased.

For those of us that had purchased her shows, you allowed us to be able to be redownload them if we had problems and the files we had had corrupted. But at this point because you had removed her images the card picture which showed she was in our collection was blank.

Then when you had to remove the shows files from your servers, those of us that had purchased and wanted our money back you then credited us for each of the shows in our collections.

So Totem lost out and those of us who wanted her shows lost out. The only one who did not lose out in my opinion is Camilla who got paid for her work and then later she has screwed over Totem and her fans.
