Your post should have been created in a new thread since it doesn't have anything to do with ohama's post (other than they both talk about previews).

So that you know, almost all cards have 3 demo (preview) clips. I review many of the "e" cards in QA. So you're mistaken about the cards listed not having them. I'm not sure why you're not seeing them. How are you looking for them (clip list, files, or what?). What version of the software are you using? I wonder if you're using an old version that was designed to delete the demos and ended up deleting too many. Or maybe you've downloaded the recent latest version that I haven't tried yet.

There are Pole clips in this card. In the pole clips also the model is standing.

I think there is a bigger problem. I just did a spot check of my recent purchases and I don't see any ".demo" clips for most of them!!!

Same here! At least i bought 5 cards of the last week on Sunday before offer's expiring, but the card isn't automatically send to my collection...

WELL I AM SHOCKED!!!

I did not expect to receive the Marilyn show for the TGIF promotion - having `bought' of all last week's card before the TGIF promotion was announced. But a short time ago, my credits were increased by the amount of the show!!!

Cara Mell's card f0420 lets us see two previews with standing clips. But when you buy the card, there are no standing clips at all in this card. I think it's not a good idea when the previews are not corresponding with the clips in the card. Maybe it's possible to add some standing clips into the card by Totem !?

so I also restarted I stripper. Store does show card available for purchase. I also met the conditions on saturday/early sunday I guess I will check again tommorow

Just a guess... the free card is probably a separate release apart from the regular Monday card. Take a deep breath, relax, Totem is going to honor their promises. They always do.

the time frame was simply "if they are added too your collection before sunday".. its indeed ambigous that one as too assume what the time frame really is.

I get it your happy, good for you, its not "quibbling" to get excited for a small thankyou from totem.

Pretty sure I have never been ripped off by a promo in 7 or so years, the card will be free to all that made the purchases, they always get it done, no need to fret about it

The "Thank God it's Friday" slogan is just that: a slogan that has been used for quite a long time now every weekend. It doesn't mean that the offers are only valid on Friday, there's no connection there. It's just a catch phrase. I'm sure this misunderstanding will soon be cleared.

True enough, but the offer - made ON Friday - was inclusive of Saturday and Sunday. Any other interpretation is kind of quibbling, don't you think?

Of course, those who clearly met - within the unambiguous timeframe of the offer - not receiving the card AS YET may simply be a matter of: all those complying with the offer being identified and then a program enacted to deliver. As I write this, the `world clock' that I have called up in Google, advises that it is almost 9:30AM in Paris.

The card reception time was not spelt out, that I could see.

I bought all of last week's cards and I won't take this one until I'm certain that it's free. I really don't like the outfit (I'll never understand the appeal of shorts, especially when they make women look that silly) and I normally wouldn't buy it. But I know Totem will make good on the promise, it's just a temporary setback.
