When I go to
https://cs.segpay.com/ to cancel my subscription (Extended), I can't do it no matter what I type in... When I enter my email and subscription id into purchase id input, it just gives me the "No records found for the given search criteria." I also didn't get any email when I subscribed because now I can't find it anywhere on my email (inbox, spam, trash, ...) and I never delete any emails.
I already sent an email to
[email protected] 2 days ago and I still didn't hear back. My subscription renews in less than a week so I would really like to have it canceled before then. Please help.
