My account already login at two pc and I have logout one of them. but still cannot login at the third pc. what should I do?

You may only run this program on two computers at a time per account.
In order to run on a third computer you must "un-install" from one of the others.
Go here to ask for a reset of one of your installs:
"Forum Bugs & Fixes Too Many Installs"
