Unfortunately totem has been very slow to release cards numbered less than 100. There are about of them left to be released, but it's been 4 weeks since the last one, and another 4-5 weeks for the ones before that. They're much more focused on the recent cards. There are 30 missing from the first hundred, 32 from the second (101-200), and only 8 from the 3rd hundred.

I think the point was that this card was not released yet, so you can not purchase it with tickets.

I would like dark hair, I would like to see the Monica Sweet (card 40), or Laura (who is great with the pole).

Hell, if a team member told me I would get this card the moment i posted the pics, I'd do it. I'd just go to some mall out of state.. :P

Aslo: good point chance, that kinda defeats the purpose, i imagine.
