For a long time, the Card Outfit / Titles were in English only.
As we now have many more diverse Members
The Team has decided to allow non-English Outfit / Title Names.

Software / Programming ?
With the current Tagging / Search system.
It would be a huge ( expensive ) software Task to translate the Other Language Outfit / Title
Plus also be able to Then Search using the translated Title.

Example:
Suppose the Title was
Aquarelle rouge
and it was translated for you to
Red watercolor

Now you go and try to Search for
Red watercolor because that is the title you see,
The Search returns nothing, no Match is found, because the actual Title is Aquarelle rouge

The Entire Search System would need to contain the translation of Every Title, in Every supported Language
That is a monumental task.

One Never knows, the Language might be come familiar to you this way.

@EverthangForever, it's like a scene is missing. Just a question like that, wouldn't there have been a way to name the update FG830a(update) and include a FG830 scene for example?

I keep translating the messages into English or other languages with DeepL a translator.

I also make an effort to write the English translation of my messages for English speakers.

I don't think that translating the title of a card into French or other languages requires such a great effort. Besides, it will teach you about other languages.

Don't forget that Totem being a company from France, already does a lot for English speakers.

Je ne pense pas que de traduire le titre en français d'une carte ou autres, vous demande un si grand effort. De plus cela va vous apprendre des choses sur les autres langues.

N'oubliez pas que Totem étant une compagnie de France, en fait déjà beaucoup pour les anglophones.

Hello everyone,
I understand that more and more cards are being titled in other languages, mostly French.
Nothing against this, but not everyone is fluent in every language and hard to know what title each card has.
That is without copy and paste title into a Google translate or similar thing, to better understand it.

Would be nice to have English translation on file, if the card title is going to have a foreign title.
Not sure if anyone else feels the same way, but thought it would be of some interest. Discuss?

Twelve selected WebGL shaders remixed & converted to OpenGL

FG842 is my first attempt to use combine2.fsh to mix two textures
in the way that @Wyldanimal describes in the discussion thread..

I make the suggestion @willyweekly, that the girls wash their windows with beer, for greater satisfaction on your part. :)

Thanks for considering my questions.

I think @Z22 is right - if the 1st card in a playlist has a sound clip, the sound is heard even when opacity of this card/clip is set to zero. So it seems that the only solution is to unset the sound-bearing clips on the card at the top of the playllist - and all other clips from cards in My Collection which might play as 2nd or 3rd or 4th etc.... girl which might, in an animation, be set to opacity 0.

Unfortunately, it does not seem possible to select more than the first clip at the top of the playlist. However, by playing around with allow/deny and category, it does appear possible to get the 2nd or subsequent card from a playlist to be the one preferred cars/clip, as @JonC001 suggests.

The Help section of the software is not updated and still shows the old GUI (and others old features, not the newest).
Have you planned to update this Help section ? It will be very helpfull for the new users particularly.

I never use 'full-screen'.
However, I often use the playlist and next function in the desktop.
What if you were to go to the individual card, then view the clips list, then ***** the one clip to the 'next' in the 'now playing' tab?
Will this affect the full screen scenes and cause just the one clip to play over and other again?
You must ***** the clip to the 'next' list not the 'now playing' list. Also, make sure that 'repeat' is on. You see this at the bottom of the 'now playing' tab.

1. Is it possible to turn the sound off when a clip's opacity is set to zero (e.g. during animation)?
2. Is it possible to have >1 clip from a playlist in a fullscreen without disabling 99% of the cards from My Collection entirely?

1. afik, no, there are no sound controls in the .scn (i had a look through the istripper code in memory while running)
2. if you use the "catagories" input to the clip define eg:

clip {
id: Clip
deny: behindtable, top, table, cage, pole, inout
category: bikini
}

will only play girls having the bikini tag, you can add more tage to get down to just one card but i dont think you can get down to one clip from that card.

I was not getting the music, beeps and chimes with the old version. I am now.

For me, that bug was fixed.

@Wyldanimal - I use two Sources and Combine them in one Shader.
Sources can be Images, Shaders, clips

thanks , this worked for me, provided that for individual textures
combine.fsh was only applicable later in a sprite in the camera node. In other words, I had to apply
da same shader to each texture as an individual framebuffer pre-camera.

Glass clips are still awesome. 😄 👍 😎

Did you download the update from the iStripper home page?

Unfortunately this version did not fix my sound issues. Music sometimes sounds distorted (I checked and it's not my speakers) and older Deskbabes cards start with model sounds then cut out after 3-4 seconds. I was hoping the fixing the music bug would take care of other sound issues but I guess not.

@Hielo - no you can't trade the existing "normal" cards, but you will be able to trade the new NFT cards when they are released. It is explained and discussed in the following thread (and elsewhere in the forum)

To show your first card, use the [linkset]x****[/linkset] formula, were 'x' is the first letter and '****' are the four numbers of the card. For example: f1224 written between [linkset][/linkset]



To find the card, just go up to 'My Collection' tab. There on the right, you have the hamburger icon with three little dashes, click on that icon and set 'Sort by', 'Date of purchase' and 'Ascending'.
Your first bought cards in the first day will be shown at the beginning of the list.
Maybe you will remember which one was among the first cards or just show the very first card from your list.

Wish i would have known this was coming... would have waited on doing progressive redraws from last week till now... seeing how that game is still going on... wish it would have been not in the middle of a promotion and at the beginning.... feel like im missing out and easily could have waited..... esp since redraw is still going on.... could of gotten more bang for my buck, maybe next time when you do things like this... do them at the start of the next event, not in the middle of one..... just a thought.....
