I would suggest you cancel your 1 card a day subscription and wait for it to finish before starting a new subscription.

I do not know if you can run two subscriptions concurrently for the same product.

I've just started using VG a couple days ago and I purchased a 1 card/day subscription two days ago.
I find myself really liking the program and would like to change it to the 4 cards per day plan.

If I purchase the new subscription for 4 cards per days will it cancel my current subscription? will i get 5 cards per days until first subscription is over or will i lose the 1 card per day i payed for and need to wait for the 30 days to be over before i buy the 4 cards per day?

If the card is in your collection, in the GUI try clicking 'filters' and 'show not downloaded...' if the card is still not showing try clicking 'settings', 'advanced' and 'sync with server'...

If it's still not showing up you could try right clicking 'sync with server' and 'rebuild all' but WARNING; it will take a while to rebuild your collection...

If it still doesn't show up you'll need to contact 'help' 'customer service'... hope it works out, you'll love Melody Powers!
