600 bucks is the budget , allready have case and power suppy opticle drive , ..Just curious what a over the shelf computer would cost , for my specs ...i meant 3 k not 4 k .. if it matters .. thanks for the Advice !

A search on youtube for "$600 pc" gives a tonne of results. Should give you an idea.
