That is probably the same problem as @Ophoster has. In both cases the reimburment has almost certainly been registered on the servers - which i the only place that really matters - but is being incorrectly shown on the app. Usually resyching or restarting the app will correct the displayed value, but as @Ophoster has found this does not always seem to work. Re-synching used to more reliably work before Toem switched to a "cloud" server and I suspect that the problem arises from the various levels of caching within the "cloud" now being used resulting in out of date data being displayed. However, as far as I can tell it is only a display problem - the central system knows your correct credit balance and will use that if you try to buy something (in the past I have managed to buy a card even though the displayed value indicated that I did not have enough credits to do so). I am sure that if you just waut things will correct themselves.

Two things to try if neither resynching nor restarting the app work are

1) Reboot your PC and router (this can reset any problems resulting from out of date cached data)

2) Look at your account via the web page rather than the app.

@TheEmu thanks for your response, but I know how this works. I used the same terms the team used: they say the 4th card is reimbursed. I have over 1600 cred. left and had 1700 at the moment I got those cards.

The issue I had is a card was charged despite being shown as reimbursed in my account history, meaning I didn't get the cashback for that card. The credits for that 4th card were not credited back, despite the system showing they were.

Yes it works on the new cards as well, which is quite interesting to do once you cleared out the more expensive cards, since newer cards don't get the preview discounts.

Cashback is one of the best TGIF offers around, since you get to pick all four cards (no additional cost for re-picking), and discounted cards count towards the four picks. If you get your first three cards at a 20% discount each, and a free card at no discount, you'll effectively have a 33% discount on those four cards put together. Milage may vary a little depending on what cards you pick, ofcourse, there's some cards sold at higher prices, which are great to put as 4th card, but there's also the old Virtuagirl Classic cards (if you have access to them and an interest in them) which are very cheap to put as first 3 cards.

Sometimes the data shown in the app is out of sync with that recorded on the servers - that on the servers is the important version. Try a manual Sync With Servers (go to the Settings tab of the app, enable Advanced Settings and click on Synchronize With Servers. If that doesn't fix the value then Quit the app and restart it (Quit via the systray icon, not by closing the window)

I bought 4 cards - got cashback. Bought another 4 - got cashback. Bought yet another 4 - no cashback. The system DOES say that I got the cashback. but the balance shows otherwise. Maybe it's just a visual bug? I don't really want to contact support...

here are the How to Steps for the PSVR

LITTLSTAR - NO "E"

1) Download the Videos to your PC
2) Use a USB drive in the exFAT or FAT32 format
3) Create a Root Folder called littlstar ( yes spelled like that and all lowercase )
4) Visit littlstar.com and create an Account. ( you need to login on the PS4 to use sideloaded Videos )
5) Copy your Downloaded Videos into the littlstar folder
You Can make subfolders inside that folder.
6) plug in the USB drive on the PS4 before opening the littlstar app
7) once the app is open and you are logged in, press R1 to open your Library
8) Open the LittlStar folder to see your side loaded videos.

That is how it worked last time - as the name implies it was, and is, a "cashback", not a "buy three get one free" offer. Last time you had to pay for the fourth card and then get the credits refunded. This meant that the account history, quite correctly, showed the credits being taken. It also meant that if you did not have enough credits to pay for the fourth card you could not buy it until you first topped up your credit balance. I assume it works the same way this time.

Cashback should apply to latest cards too, it did with past cashback offers. I've also had an issue with a card being charged despite being shown as reimbursed in my account history. I've already opened a ticket with customer service, waiting for their response; since it's the weekend, they are probably unavailable.

@WayneStewart - You can use a playlist, they work at both the Card and the individual clip level.

Sorry if I'm repeating a question.

Is there a way to go into a card and set the order? I know how to click off a clip I don't like. But is there a way to set the order? What I'm trying to do is group the clips within the card to make one continual scene. From clothed to xxx. I'm not a fan of just jumping right into the action or nudity.

The reason I'm asking for this is It seems like progressive hotness isn't working. Sometimes. I'd like to set the scenes in the cards so I make sure there is a buildup from clothed to nude to xxx (if there is on the card). This would also allow me to group the scenes together instead of having them jumble around.

I'm not a tech genius not completely clueless either. So if it could be dumb proofed instructions I'd appreciate it.

Wondering if I can go into the cards some how and number them? Afraid I'd wreck a card if I tried this?

I think this is the first time, I've shared all the different Partner Watermarks.
A few member knew, one or two of the existed, but I don't think anyone has seen them all.

Your screenshot shows the cards in black and white which means that they are not downloaded.

Or is your screenshot just in b/w on purpose?

Hmmm, I remember seeing some member's commenting on that some time back but how they fixed it escapes me at the moment.

I think one of the more active ladies here had that issue but got it figured out. It was some months back as I recall.

Click a card that has that banner and then click the movie clapper icon and see which clips show as deleted or 'not found'.

If they are the demo clips then go to settings and turn off 'p2p sharing'.

There is a limit in the registry as to how many demo clips the app will keep track of and if you exceed that size then the app arbitrarily deletes some of them to keep under the limit.

There is also a registry fix as well but I don't have it to share. I just turned off the p2p thing and then went to @Lukaszr 's 'showroom' site and he has a tool you can d/l and run that will re-d/l the missing demo's for you.

Not sure. it seems that when I download new cards many of them have a banner across saying 'clips deleted'. I just wondered what the deal was with this?

With the new feature to hide cards I was wondering if somebody could explain how to show them again? Obviously if they are not showing in your list you can't click the eye icon to toggle their status back to visible.

Are they the 'demo' clips by chance?

Incidentally that is quite the collection you have there. I have also been a member since 2008, however I had forgotten about the platform for a few years and only just recently have I gotten back into it.

If you type Enza into the search box on the Girls Store page of the app it should show you a number of matches. I get 8 in my collection, but 4 of these are false positives for Kenza. The other four correct matches comprise two Duo XXX shows, one solo XXX show and one VirtualGirls classic show. The last of these was made a with a low resolution camera and is not available until you reach platinum level (or is it gold) but the other three should be available to you
